Subpoenas And More May Be Necessary to Find Out Truth
Washington, D.C.: “While I commend the Marshal of the Supreme Court for for her thorough report on a serious investigation, I believe the report clearly indicates that further measures are needed,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “After months of investigation, we are left with no answers and not even any clear leads as to the source of the greatest breach of security and integrity of our highest judicial office! To simply move on now without answers is not an acceptable solution.
“I echo a similar call that others are suggesting as well. I believe the U.S. Supreme Court Marshal must take further steps to subpoena private phone and email records on staff and former clerks. Frankly even polygraphs shouldn’t be off the table! There is no way we can let this massive breach of security by a politicized perpetrator go undiscovered and unpunished.”
