"Colonel Shaffer is truly a fearless patriot," said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. "His depth of experience from service to this nation makes him an invaluable resource on intelligence collection and policy, data mining, and national security. He has also shown a fearless devotion to the truth in his work to reveal Able Danger and potential flaws in our defense communications to prevent attacks on the United States. We are so grateful for his opinions and his willingness to share them with us at Gateway Eagle Council XLVII in St. Louis this month."
