St. Louis, MO: James Robbins is a Senior Fellow in National Security Affairs at the American Foreign Policy Council and a columnist for USA Today. He is a former special assistant in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and in 2007 was awarded the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Joint Meritorious Civilian Service Award. He is an award-winning writer and frequent contributor to national television and newspapers. His latest book is titled Erasing America: Losing our Future by Destroying our Past.
"James Robbins is an excellent scholar and writer, whose perspective on our American history is desperately needed," said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. "Many of our Eagles across the country are disturbed by the politically correct trend of destroying monuments to our American past. It’s a complete rewrite of our American story and one that will lead us to many dangerous mistakes. James exposes this in his new book and will bring great knowledge to our Gateway Eagle Council attendees!"
Phyllis Schlafly Eagles is proud to partner this year with leading conservative news site The Gateway Pundit in promoting Phyllis Schlafly’s Gateway Eagle Council XLVII. Tickets are still available for this three-day event by visiting PhyllisSchlafly.com/Register.
