Washington, D.C.: Phyllis Schlafly Eagles has issued a statement of endorsement for Herschel Walker in his race for U.S. Senate in Georgia:
“Early voting has started and the left has predictably launched their eleventh-hour slander,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “No matter how hard the drumbeat of feigned morality rings, it must not distract Americans from the left’s treacherous agenda to destroy America’s families, economy, and very way of life. Raphael Warnock’s legislative choices represent the epitome of that disgusting agenda, and Georgians must stop his Senate career in its tracks. Herschel Walker has promised to help lead Congress toward pro-liberty policies, and he absolutely must be Georgia’s next U.S. Senator.”
Phyllis Schlafly Eagles Treasurer John Schlafly remarked: “Many Georgians may still feel demoralized from the hit their election transparency took just over 18 months ago. Now, however, is the time to rally and overwhelmingly send new leadership to represent them in Congress. My mother was no stranger to the last-minute political assassinations and neither should we be surprised! Georgians have an opportunity to turn the tide of the Senate and of our nation by casting their vote for Herschel Walker. I hope that they do so as they each step into the ballot box and consider the drastically different visions for America that our two major parties are painting.”
“As Americans, we must cast our votes for the candidates and officer holders who will create fertile soil in which liberty can grow,” Martin concluded. “For Georgians, that choice most certainly is Herschel Walker, and is not Raphael Warnock.
