Joe Biden Took to Prime Time to Dodge, Deny, and Deceive
Washington, D.C.: “What do Joe Biden and Disney have in common?” said Ryan Hite, Communications Director for Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “Both of them have a penchant for telling fairy tales, and neither of them is subtle when it comes to shoving an agenda down our throats. Last night, Joe Biden took to the House dais for over an hour to blow smoke at Americans and bore the few who actually watched.”
“If you would have tuned in, which I know is unlikely,” Hite continued, “you would have seen that on every major issue facing our nation, Biden took credit he isn’t due, blamed someone else for his own policy failures, or simply fabricated facts and history.
“Biden glossed over fentanyl deaths, but ignored the truth that his administration could drastically curb the overdose epidemic in a matter of weeks by closing our southern border. Biden claimed he’s created more jobs than any other president in half the time, but he failed to mention that even though government can’t actually ‘create’ jobs, they certainly can shut them down, like they did for months before he took office.”
Hite concluded, “But don’t worry — the usual leftist platitudes hating on billionaires and big business were also present in this marathon speech by the gaffe-prone leader. In summary, I agree with what The Federalist pointed out was the biggest lie of the night. Joe Biden summarily claimed, ‘I’m a capitalist.’ I’ll bet that whopper made even the truest of lefty believers at MSNBC chuckle.”
