Washington, D.C.: Tomorrow, May 1, is officially recognized in the U.S. as “Law Day” — a special time to celebrate our civil rights and liberties and the equality we have under the law.
“There could be no more perfect day for Attorney General Barr and the Department of Justice to drop all charges against Lt. General Michael Flynn,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “As prosecutors continue to produce new documents, it couldn’t be clearer that the FBI tried to intentionally frame General Flynn for manufactured crimes. This is despicable and a disgusting travesty against American justice.
“It’s time now for the charges against Flynn to be dropped and his case to be dismissed. For decades he sacrificed of his safety and personal life to fight for the United States, both on the battlefield and in our intelligence apparatus. It’s time to free General Flynn.”
