My goodness, there’s a lot of stuff going on today. I would say. Well, first of all, I would say happy tax day. But the reality is that that’s not a really happy day now, Mark Cuban may find it a happy day. In fact, let me pull this back up so I can accurately quote it. Mark Cuban decided to head out today. And crow a little bit about how much he was paying in taxes and why he thought that was a good thing, that he was proud of. You know, here’s the deal. I I don’t at all disagree with the direction of being patriotic and understanding what this Country has given to us and what we can put back into this country. I am perfectly fine with that, but it it it it at least drew my attention today and a little bit of an eye roll and maybe you sound off, go and let us know. But Mark Cuban says today, I pay what I owe. Tomorrow I will wire transfer to the IRS $288 million. That’s right. You heard it 288 million Dollars, he says. This country has done so much for me. I’m proud to pay my taxes every single year. Tag a former president that you know doesn’t.
Well. I don’t know if I know anyone who is quite willing to perhaps say that they are proud to pay their taxes, at least at the rate and level and types of taxation that we have now.
Now don’t hear me, you know, saying that taxes are are a terrible thing and shouldn’t exist at all. There’s there’s a reason we have a government and civil services that we have put together. Those must be funded, but. The gross taxation of income, the gross misuse of funds and overspending and all sorts of things, and then the let alone the politicians that run the whole thing that get rich off of the system. I’m not quite sure I would go touting how proud I am of all of that. I am proud to be an American citizen proud to do my part and be Involved in the community, but that one just struck me as a happy tax day, eye roll, Mark Cuban. My goodness. So maybe, you know, maybe I’m wrong. Maybe you sound off and let me know if I’m a little too jaded about the government, but I don’t know about that. So happy tax day to you today. As happy as that may or may not be for you, but there’s a bigger thing that that has happened today.
The bigger what you need to know and it is definitely a doozy if you’ve not been paying attention to the news, maybe you don’t know. Otherwise, everyone who has turned on a television screen today, or probably even your phone or the Internet in any way, shape or form or digital broadcast media of any kind on the radio, on TV.
Donald Trump is in New York City today for the beginning of the Hush money trial. Now the hush money trial. What does this have to do with you Ask?
We’re going back to Stormy Daniels. Here we go. We thought we were done. I know you and I both thought we were done talking about Stormy Daniels. But we’re not and this. And I say that this is a little bit more than that, but here’s what it is out of all of the different things that they’ve thrown at Donald Trump, this one today really goes into the hush money, which there’s just an incredible amount of lunacy around this whole thing that we’ll dive into here. Let let me say this, though.
What you need to know is. We are watching the modern day political assassination of a president. That’s exactly what’s happening. Make no mistake, this is a political assassination against Donald Trump the 45th. And you know, by God’s grace, the 47th president of the United States, they are attempting to. Politically assassinate him, and quite frankly, to overthrow and interfere in the 2024 election. Absolutely. That is what is happening.
The timing of all of this could not be more crystal clear it it, it is not coincidental in any way, shape or form what they are doing is a coordinated and planned attack to destroy the character, to destroy the political future of a man who represents a threat To the system you call it what you want the deep state, the establishment, the system, the powers that be, who think that they are better in charge, and we the people ought to just butt out and do what we’re told. That’s the bottom line Here, that’s exactly what’s happening. Exactly what’s going on, and it it’s it’s a travesty and and really what struck me this morning is ohh, maybe poetic or or a little disturbing.
I know Steve Bannon mentioned this as well. I’ve heard it from a few other folks, but you may not, you know, for those who may not know today is a another very Presidential day in anniversaries and history of our Nation.
Today is the anniversary of Abraham Lincoln’s assassination, or rather, the anniversary of his death. Abraham Lincoln was assassinated, was shot by John Wilkes Booth on April 14th. April 14th of 1865 he passed away and left the Earth The next morning, April 15th at 7:22 in the morning after struggling overnight and being cared for by doctors and was unable to be saved. Of course he had a devastating wound, a gunshot to his head that happened. Today in 1865, 100 and what 59 years ago is 159 years ago, and today we witnessed the kickoff of the political assassination trial or the first of many is their plan, at least of Donald Trump.
I tell you what, folks. We are definitely in a different era of politics and and you know, don’t don’t hear me making any sort of grand claims or comparisons between Lincoln and Trump and this. And I’m. I’m not trying to make any kind of comparisons about Trump as a figure other than what we are watching is an incredible movement in this 21st century. Modern politics. An incredible movement of pro America people who have abandoned traditional party lines who have moved toward a core set of values and a leader who stood up to say I’ll speak for those values. Imperfect as he may be, and the entire system has come against him. Now I I tell you what we’ve talked a lot about Donald Trump and about the dynamics of the race and and I don’t wanna belabor the point because we’ve talked about a lot of those and we really only have a couple minutes left here in this front segment. But let me go ahead. And make a point that.
If The right people, if these elitist establishment, deep state swamp monsters are so against Donald Trump more than any other political figure on the scene right now, that certainly makes me like him more. I feel like that should raise all of our collective consciousness toward this understanding. That. Perhaps perhaps for any of our friends, or for even any of you listening that are Trump hesitant, or at even at this point in in his essentially having won the primary process who aren’t sure about what we’re doing. If this is the right thing to do. Over again, I I would ask to you let today be another huge Installation of the evidence: who else is better?
Who else is better? If this is the most hated man of the people who are trying to destroy our nation of the people who are trying to cover up and hide all of their dirty and corrupt things behind a veil of secrecy and smoke filled rooms, then who else better could we pick? That poses, at least by my estimation, an obvious threat to them. Than Donald Trump, the man that they hate and are trying to quite literally assassinate, politically assassinate, media assas-, get rid of him out of the public eye.
Who else would we go for? Who else could potentially be more of a threat to them? At least that’s how I view it. Let me know what you think. Shoot us an e-mail. Hit us up on on X.
