More Than One-Third of States Request Biden Admin Open Pipeline
Washington, D.C.: “In just five short months Joe Biden has brought American energy dominance to a grinding halt,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “After hackers briefly shut down the major Colonial Pipeline last week, the insanity of gutting American energy infrastructure is abundantly clear.”
This week, nineteen Attorneys General formally requested the Biden administration reinstate the permit for the Keystone XL Pipeline and renew federal support of our energy infrastructure.
“Don’t be fooled. Radical leftist Democrats aren’t out to protect the environment or to make ‘good’ trade deals with other nations. The ruining of our energy independence is a globalist push to make America dependent on the world economy. We can’t afford to be at the mercy of Russia, China, and the Middle East to keep the lights on.”
