Our founders certainly weren’t perfect people, but what they accomplished in setting up our nation was singular in U.S. History. Trump’s suggestion for an epic year-long birthday bash for America’s 250th year is marvelous. That’s the kind return to celebrating American greatness and exceptionalism that we need. We must be more confident in recognizing the Judeo Christian roots of our nation.
