We’re going to dive into it, pick some of it apart and make sure that you know what you need to know about what is Happening but but first.

We got a great program ahead today, but the the main event that I want to dive into at this moment because we do have Ed here with a couple of interviews. The main thing I want to dive into is the Hunter Biden verdict. It has come down today. Hunter Biden found guilty of gun charges, federal gun charges.
But I tell you what. This is not necessarily what it seems to be, and then let me explain what I mean by that. So so Hunter Biden found guilty, convicted today on federal gun charges. He lied on a federal form. This form 4473, which by the way this this actually ties into of the very interesting this this kind of ties into the very interesting magical unicorn of the gun show loopholes. That and it’s a little bit of a roundabout way, but let me take a moment to explain for those of you who may not know it, because this is one of those things we hear about on the news a lot.
The left likes to talk about the gun show loophole. It’s like it’s the Wild West or something. You can just go buy a gun at a show, you buy, you walk in with cash, you walk out with a gun. That is not how this works. Gun shows are just like walking into a Convention Center full of gun shops. Whether it’s a booth or whether you’re going into the gun shop, this is a federally licensed firearm dealer. They have an FFL, a Federal Firearms License, and in order to sell a firearm to an individual, that individual has to fill out what’s called a form 4473 a ATF Form that has a series of questions you must answer correctly legally or it is a felony, and then you get a background check through the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Search. NicS I think it is. Nicks the Nicks. Check. National Instant Criminal Search or system? I forget what the S stands for.
But that is what happens, so it it doesn’t matter if you walk into a gun shop like Hunter Biden did, or if you walk into a gun show where a gun shop has set up a booth at the gun show. You have to go through a process, you have to fill out a form for which there is a penalty if you lie and you have to get a background check.
Well guess what? Hunter Biden lied on his form. That’s what this is. These are federal charges. This is a federal case that has been decided and landed down on him today and in the form of a guilty verdict On all counts. Well, great. You know what, that is appropriate. It’s correct. It is the right thing to have happened. However. This is, I believe, going to be used. The timing of it is absolutely incredible in the sense that and I say incredible, I should say it’s it. It’s not incredible. It’s it’s surprising, shocking. We shouldn’t be surprised or shocked, but here, here’s what’s happened.
So the timing of this is very interesting. And that Is absolutely going to be used to try to legitimize the Trump verdict from the last couple of weeks that we have all been crowing about. How, how terrible, what a travesty to justice and prosecution this case was. You and I both know that this is going to be used. It’s a smokescreen as some sort of sham to ohh look. Well, the president’s son has been held accountable by the law. So it’s, you know, it’s it’s totally equal.
It’s not like they’re just going after Donald Trump. You know, this isn’t the same thing. Hunter Biden broke the law. He lied on a federal form. He lied to purchase a gun. Then. That’s a felony. He got convicted by with a felony. Good. That’s accurate. That is correct.
This has no bearing on the absolute assault on justice that we have witnessed in the New York State trial against Donald Trump over the so, so so-called supposed hush money payments. That is incredible. That is ridiculous. Literally in the sense that it lacks credibility, it lacks any kind of sense, it lacks any kind of legal foundation, it lacks any kind of moral foundation. It’s absolutely beyond the pale.
We cannot let the left conflate these two things. Try to use. Use the Biden case. Try to use Hunter’s gun conviction to legitimize or try to legitimize Trump’s conviction in the eyes of American voters. You know that’s what they’re going to do. So there’s reason #1 why you know? Yes. Good, fine. But I’m not gonna spend a bunch of time celebrating this. The right thing was done. But here’s what they’re gonna do. Now. Here’s the real thing. And here’s the bigger thing. And I know this is here. Here’s where there’s something upcoming with Hunter Biden that adds into this for me.
I firmly believe. Believe that this case, this verdict, this Hunter Biden gun trial is being used to absolutely throw attention off of the actual crimes of the Biden family. Then I say the actual I guess I should say the the likely crimes we have seen everything except. Evidence submitted in court and a conviction we’ve seen all. All of the absolutely atrocious connections from them, from Hunter Biden’s laptop, from everything, the business dealings, the peddling of influence for money, the connection to foreign governments and agencies, you name it, it’s it’s there and we have seen so much of the paper trail that is. The real big news that is the real crime that ought to be pursued.
Those are the real wrong dealings and connections of the Biden family that should be pursued. But that’s not what was adjudicated in court and and now received a a guilty verdict toward Hunter Biden. That that’s not what was on trial. What he did was a crime with lying on the federal form, and he has been convicted. Now we’ll see. It remains to be seen. I’ve seen all of the, you know, potentials of. Ohh what he could be sentenced with and all of the different that we’ll see if he actually gets anything. Although they may.
Like I’ve made a comment they might want him in jail. They might want him in jail so that he’s less of a liability than if he’s out during the rest of the election. Maybe.
But this other one, there’s another one coming too. There’s there’s a tax evasion charge out in Los Angeles. And this tax evasion. Date’s slated to start on September. Live 2 months before the election.
You gotta be kidding me. I the timing of these. This one right after literally right after Trump’s trial and verdict. Guilty verdict and the next one just weeks before the election.
This is being used to deflect attention in my opinion away from the real the very likely real and. Huge crimes of the Biden family.
When it comes to selling the influence of Vice President, now President Joe Biden, when it comes to connecting them with Businesses and agencies and officials, that is absolutely wild and dangerous stuff for our nation, but these, these lesser cases.
And I don’t mean to minimize wrongdoing, Hunter Biden, it seems, evaded taxes, which I mean he, you know, based on what I’ve seen from the Hunter Biden. Laptop it’s probably accurate. He evaded taxes. He spends his money on drugs and women. And sure enough, he lied on a federal gun form and bought a gun. He wasn’t allowed to buy or shouldn’t have been able to buy.
But guess what? That does not mean that these are the big deal and like Ed said last week, we gotta keep the big deal, the big deal. Well, when it comes to the Hunter Biden cases, to the Biden crime family, let’s remember we gotta keep the big deal, the big deal.
They sold off our foreign policy. That’s exactly what happened.
They sold foreign policy decisions to enrich the Biden family. We cannot let this hunter Biden verdict or the next tax evasion scandal trial. We cannot let these things distract us and throw us off the scent of one of the most corrupt political families in history that is being covered for. By the media, by big tech, by all of big. Government. That is the real story.
So if there’s one thing I can encourage you out of this Hunter Biden news today, it is. Do not fall for the smokescreen. I think that’s the word I I heard Vivek use, smokescreen and that’s an actual an actual that is an accurate description of I think what they’re doing. It’s it’s the sacrificial lamb. Oh, well, look, we’re bringing Hunter Biden. The justice, Nope, that’s not the justice that we want. Yes, he did wrong and fine. Charge him with that too. But the Biden crime family’s selling of influence, especially when it comes to our foreign policy and the foreign agencies that they have dealt with. From Ukraine to China it it it, the list goes on.
That’s what we want justice for. That’s what needs to be brought to the public light. That is what needs to be brought to trial and that is what needs to be doled out for when it comes to justice here in America.
So let’s not accept this as some sort of mean. Really sacrificial lamb, the sacrificial lamb of Hunter Biden, because this isn’t good enough. We need real accountability. We must demand it, folks, and we cannot be thrown off the scent. That must be our mantra through this Hunter Biden conviction. So that is what I want you to know today. I think it’s important that we keep our eyes on the prize. That’s what you need to know. That’s what we need to do. You and that’s what we’re gonna keep talking about here on the Pro America Report.
