It’s Ed Martin here on the Pro America Report. Great to be together. I I had hoped I was gonna get Todd Bensman, our old friend who is at the Center for Immigration Studies on today. He has been caught up in a couple of different things. So I’m not sure we’ll Get him. I hope we will. We need an update on the border. I need some more details on what exactly is happening at the border. He’s the guy for that, but we’ll see if we get that. So OK, well, here’s what I want to tell you about this story in Politico, and it’s this. I noticed it this morning, you know, so it’s it’s a story that says basically that the Democrats are panicked and. They’re not just worried about the election, they’re panicked.
And how you know it’s serious is that the panic was from anonymous sources like three or four or five anonymous sources. Nobody was putting it in in their name. That’s real. That means in this case that in my read of that is it’s real now. It may only be one or two sources and they may be, you know, extrapolating to five or six.
But I think that means. And I could feel it that there is real serious concern that has passed the uh oh, is this going to be a good race, to panic stage. I mean, Joe Biden is not functioning. And insofar as he is functioning, his people are a mess. They’re doing nasty, terrible things. They’re draining the petroleum reserves. They’re not succeeding in being strong in the world. Inflation is going through the roof, and then they’re making fun of people.
And then, as I said, Biden is really weak, he’s he’s diminished. But he’s also got terrible Speech writers and policy people around him that are unwilling or unable to persuade him to do something different, so he’s holding up a, you know, a a Snickers bar and saying the Snickers are smaller. I mean, it’s just a disaster.
And we’re now heading into a period of time and the next month where you’re going to see. The Hunter Biden trials, it looks like go to trial. I can’t believe it. I thought soon somehow they would be able to get past this.
And all of that is happening in the context of what can only be described as a ridiculous lawsuit, a ridiculous prosecution in New York by Alvin Bragg, the District Attorney there. You know, the case seemed weak at the start, but then as we went through it. They created a star witness. Michael Cohen, who’s a disaster. And so by making him the star witness, they made the thing into a disaster of epic proportions.
Well, and so Donald Trump’s poll numbers have gone up. Donald Trump’s suddenly a sympathetic face and sympathetic figure. He’s raised a boatload of money off of this. The whole thing is a disaster.
And then early on Tuesday. Out of the blue, I guess I don’t know. Out of desperation. We saw. We watched. As a the the Democrats announced the Biden Harris campaign announced that they would be making comments at the courthouse in New York outside the courthouse, before a bank of microphones. And a senior campaign official for Biden Harris walked down the street and the cameras covered it all, walking down the street. And it was a bunch of of of heavy set American men in suits walking towards the cameras. As they got closer, they took off their masks. They had masks on for COVID, even though they’re outside, insanity. I mean, they don’t even. They shouldn’t have them on anyway, but they they they look ridiculous.
And as they walked down the street, you realized, yes, there was the main Campaign person, the operative I figured is. I don’t know if his name is out there. He he is African American gentleman who’s a senior campaign official for the Biden Harris campaign. And with him were two of the guys who have claimed that they were officer. They were officers on January 6th that have claimed that they got really mistreated. Except as someone yelled out of the crowd, they both appear to have lied. It it, it looks like they lied and maybe committed perjury. Fanone is one name and Dunn is the other Donn just lost his race for Congress. He ran for Congress in Maryland, lost. Fanone had a book that he got paid a lot of money for. And I think he’s been accused of fabricating parts of it.
But the reality Is down the block and then you noticed that Robert De Niro was there. And so the campaign official for the Biden Harris campaign says we’re here because we you’re here, not because of the trial that’s going on in the courtroom. What? The only reason the press is there is because the trial going on in the courtroom and then he stands up and he says, but I’ve got Robert De Niro and then Robert De Niro looking and Sounding like a lunatic. Looking and sounding not as someone said. Unhinged but mentally unwell, he ranted and raved. About that, he’s from New York. He knows what New York is. Donald Trump’s not originally from here. Donald Trump was tolerated even though he built buildings and all because of something or other, and that Donald Trump wants to destroy New York. And America and the world. And he ranted and raved. Robert De Niro looked so pathetic. And it looked so desperate now and and as someone I I I think it was David Marcus on X. He’s got a great account to follow. He said the following something like this I’ll summarize it he said, look. This was a terrible idea and how you know it was a terrible idea is CNN didn’t cover it, but Fox News covered all of it because if it was a good idea, you know, CNN or MSNBC would have covered it. In other words, they would have wanted Robert De Niro ranting and raving. They would have covered that as as they would have thought. This is good.
Instead. It was a disaster. It was embarrassing the campaign I’m sure, was mortified.
So you have Politico delivering the news. Everybody’s worried, everybody’s worried, everybody’s scared. Everybody’s concerned about the future. And then you the answer from the. Campaign of Biden Harris is to trot out Robert De Niro and two at least, I would say, discredited cops, I’m not sure that that there were hecklers. Oh, that was even that funnier thing.
Robert De Niro, who thinks he’s, you know, royalty, he’s getting heckled. He’s also having car alarms set off around him and horns, horns beeping and people yelling at him. And he’s saying, what are you doing? He actually engaged one of the hecklers who said they committed perjury, and he repeated it. They committed perjury. Who? Who did? And the guys like the guys behind you, those cops and. He’s like, oh, yeah, what do you think? What do you think?
It it it was so pathetic, it’s it actually defies belief. You you all. You almost have to watch it. Although it’s a waste of your time to realize.
And here’s the problem for the the Biden Harris campaign, it’s a real, real indication that they don’t know what they’re doing. In other words, if you woke up in the morning and you were one of the people who was reading Politico’s article that said that there’s problems with the Biden Harris campaign. And then you watched what they did. You would say, yeah, yeah. There’s really big problems with the Biden Harris campaign. You didn’t come away encouraged is what I’m saying. You came away reinforced In your instinct that there was a real problem. And that is, that’s where.
So now the question becomes ohh and the Biden Harris guy said Ohh yeah. You know, in a month we’re gonna debate him. We’re gonna debate Trump. If he shows up, we don’t know if he’ll show up as if anyone thinks that makes sense. There’s no one that thinks that Trump is not going to show up. Trump wants the attention. Trump wants the microphone. Trump wants the contrast. It’s the opposite that everybody wonders about, and this is classic. This is that Tucker Carlson thing, the Tucker Carlson, the Tucker Boomerang, whatever they’re saying about Trump or about Republicans or about conservatives, is what they’re doing. They’re saying maybe Trump won’t show up. What are you talking about? What are you talking about? There’s no Trump is dying to have a contrast with Biden. What they’re talking about is. Biden may not show up. I’d say at this point the drumbeat for replacing Biden just got louder and louder and louder.
Having said that, I’m gonna tell you again, they can’t get rid of him. They can’t. He’s Ruth Biden Ginsburg, Ruth Biden Ginsburg. Joe Biden Ginsburg. They’re stuck. They’re stuck. Alright, that’s what you need to know.
