I’m sure it will be no surprise for you to hear that the fake news media have once again proven themselves to be liars, fraudsters, and outright charlatans. A tape recording recently surfaced of a conversation between President Trump and a Georgia official regarding the 2020 election. This tape proves that the Washington Post lied by misquoting Trump in a disparaging way. The Post had to apologize for its smear, but the damage was already done while Trump was in office. Their apologies come too little, too late.
The media also misrepresents the shootings at Atlanta-area spas. Leftists desperately want to frame them as a hate crime merely because six of the victims were Asian women. Investigators found no evidence that the suspect had a racist intent, but you won’t hear that in the mainstream media. In reality, it appears that the shooter had a pornography addiction which motivated him to carry out the attack. Phyllis Schlafly sounded the alarm years ago on how pornography can very seriously skew the way that a viewer perceives reality, and women in particular. Phyllis warned that pornography reduces women to mere inhuman objects, but few listened to her at the time and no one on the left wants to hear it now. They would rather reframe the tragedy to fit their preferred narrative. Liberals were stung in 2020 by how many Asians shifted to supporting Trump, after they had overwhelmingly supported Democrat Hillary Clinton in 2016. Asian men, in particular, reportedly like Trump’s straight talk and aversion to political correctness. By falsely portraying the Georgia shootings as a hate crime, the liberal media continue to foment a racial narrative in order to pull more minorities to the Democrat side. It’s hard to square that narrative with the recent shootings in Boulder, Colorado, where the Muslim suspect was apparently let into the U.S. as a Syrian refugee by President George W. Bush. Nonetheless, Democrats continue to use tragedy as a blunt political weapon to beat their opponents with. If we are going to stop the violence, we have to talk about the facts. Sadly, we cannot trust the mainstream media to share those facts anymore. America deserves better.
