Self-Identified Republicans Turned Away At Polls, “Already Voted” System Shows
Washington, D.C.: “Tomorrow (hopefully), Californians will recall Governor Gavin Newsom,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “From general distrust following November 2020 to a host of problematic headlines, this process is already plagued with a troubling lack of transparency.
“Ballots were mailed to every voter, regardless of request, due to the forced continuation of a pandemic. A drug addict was found with hundreds of unopened ballots in his car. Women were caught stealing ballots out of mailboxes with a USPS master key. So many headlines are casting doubt over this recall election, but a new story from Los Angeles County shows the worst is far from over.”
At a polling place in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles today, several self-identified Republicans were told they had already voted. 88-year-old Estelle Bender told reporters this happened not only to her and her friend, but to several people. Estelle heard from many other voters who argued with election judges over the same issue.
Martin continued, “I’m sure this story is not the last of its kind we will hear. California’s election policies are rampant with fraud and abuse — extensive mail-in and early voting practices have seen to that. I hope and pray that California citizens speak loudly and that their voices are heard in an accurate, transparent way.”
Ed Martin will co-host live election coverage Tuesday evening with Andrea Kaye on The Answer San Diego. Listeners can tune in from 7:00 pm till 11:00 pm Pacific time at 96.1FM, 1170AM, or www.theanswersandiego.com.
