President Trump is keeping his promises; fake news won’t cover it.
Washington, D.C.: Candidate Donald Trump had been a full-throated supporter of nuclear power generation for years. He promised that he would give his full support to development of nuclear energy technology as president, in addition to supporting traditional fuel sources like natural gas and coal.
“President Trump has delivered on that policy promise,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “In October 2018 he signed the Nuclear Energy Innovation Capabilities Act, giving nuclear technology room to grow. It calls for public-private partnerships in the form of cost-sharing grants to cover licensing fees. It also calls for the Department of Energy to expand research into nuclear power and expand reactor fuel testing capabilities. All of the highly technological details boil down to this: nuclear power generation is the best way to consistently generate power with zero carbon emissions. Under President Trump, American nuclear energy is back on the right track. Promise made, promise kept.”
President Donald Trump made many significant promises to the American people. During the first three and a half years of his administration he has delivered. The radical left hates this agenda and the Fake News won’t cover it, but voters need to be educated before they go to the polls in November.
