President Trump is keeping his promises; fake news won’t cover it.
Washington, D.C.: Candidate Donald Trump ran his campaign on the premise of “draining the swamp” and breaking up corruption in Washington, D.C. The incredible connections that can be made in a top White House job and the very short timeline of that job can create a dangerous conflict of interest. It’s easy to find staff that are beholden to future, higher-paying employers during even their time in a presidential administration. Accordingly, Trump promised to put tougher restrictions on lobbying for former White House staff and even a lifetime ban on lobbying for foreign governments.
“President Trump delivered on this promise in less than 10 days,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “On January 29, 2017, the president signed an executive order that fulfilled his promise of tighter restrictions on post-White House lobbying jobs. President Trump made sure that officials in his White House work only for We the People. Promise made, promise kept.”
President Donald Trump made many significant promises to the American people. During the first three and a half years of his administration he has delivered. The radical left hates this agenda and the Fake News won’t cover it, but voters need to be educated before they go to the polls in November.
