President Trump is keeping his promises; fake news won’t cover it.
Washington, D.C.: Candidate Donald Trump used the phrase “drain the swamp” to define his own crusade against the entrenched bureaucrats in the Washington, D.C. beltway. It didn’t take long before the chant became a hallmark of any Trump campaign event.
“Thankfully, despite the alligators constantly snapping at his presidency, President Trump has not forgotten his mission to drain the swamp,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “He brought on a Cabinet that shares his vision for making deep cuts into the bureaucracy, then he set them loose to make those cuts. Key departments of the Executive eliminated large numbers of positions, such as the Departments of Education, Treasury, and State. Additionally, President Trump issued Executive Order 13770 one week after taking office, banning employees of the Executive Branch from becoming lobbyists for five years after leaving the administration. President Trump’s work to drain the swamp is not over yet, but he has taken every measure possible to combat the corruption our nation’s capital is known for. The Trump administration is fighting the swamp creatures for We The People. Promise made, promise kept.”
President Donald Trump made many significant promises to the American people. During the first three and a half years of his administration he has delivered. The radical left hates this agenda and the Fake News won’t cover it, but voters need to be educated before they go to the polls in November.
