President Trump is keeping his promises; fake news won’t cover it.
Washington, D.C.: Candidate Donald Trump vowed to reverse course on the political hit job the Obama administration performed on the Keystone XL pipeline. The pipeline was proposed in 2005 to transport crude oil from Canada to the Gulf Coast and would have generated thousands of new jobs.
“After just two months in office, President Trump make good on this promise,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “President Trump approved the project right away and in 2019 fast-tracked the construction process of the pipeline. President Trump was right to allow this well-researched, environmentally sustainable project to create thousands of new American jobs. Promise made, promise kept.”
