President Trump is keeping his promises; fake news won’t cover it.
Washington, D.C.: For too long American leaders in Washington kept expanding their power and diminishing the American dream. One of the first things Candidate Donald Trump promised to us, shortly after coming down the escalator in Trump Tower in 2015, was that he would reignite the American dream.
“The American dream is alive and well in President Trump’s America,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “The American dream may be defined differently by different people, but for many, it all comes down to opportunity and freedom. Americans want the opportunity to get a job and work hard. Americans want to have doors open to them. Americans also want to have the freedom to choose among those choices what they think is best for themselves and their families. Simply put, they want the autonomy to manage their own lives.
“When President Trump historically cut taxes for nearly all American citizens and businesses, he created opportunity by encouraging new businesses to launch and empowering existing businesses to grow. He promoted freedom by letting Americans have more control over their own paychecks. With that control, individuals can make financial decisions for the betterment of their families rather than trusting the government for more handouts. Promise made, promise kept.”
President Donald Trump made many significant promises to the American people. During the first three and a half years of his administration he has delivered. The radical left hates this agenda and the Fake News won’t cover it, but voters need to be educated before they go to the polls in November.
