Hey everybody, welcome on The Pro America Report. This is Ryan Hite here, filling in today for Mr. Ed Martin a busy day. A busy week to start to And absolutely the first Monday following a historic, a very tragic and historic weekend here in the United States of America. Thanks for being with us to talk. We’ve got a lot to cover in this show.
And I tell you what. Like I said, busy week, the Republican National Convention kicked off today. In Milwaukee, WI, lots happening there. Obviously I’ve just referred as well to the attempt on President Trump’s life this weekend at a Pennsylvania rally in Butler and we’re going to cover all of these things and more. E

But let’s dive into it. We got a lot of news today, a lot of news today and you know I wanna dive into the news from this weekend. What we all saw on TV, the attempt made on President Trump’s life. The the shot that he took to the ear and another member of the crowd in critical condition. Still, I believe I I need to look for an update on that and then of course another apectator there another audience member who shielded his family lost his life, absolutely tragic.
And this is this is something that brings a lot more questions than answers, obviously we know this is something the left has been pushing for for years now with violent rhetoric pushing and pushing their very disturbed individuals at the bottom of their voting bloc. Folks who are following them. The low information, leftists, getting indoctrinated and spun out of the schools, and into life without any questions or without any answers to the deep questions of longing, meaning, believing, identity. It’s just it’s tragic and we have a lot of considerations from this, but let
Let me say before we get there the the big breaking news today as the nominating process has gone on, been watching it all day, finishing it off now, but the nomination officially of Donald Trump as the Republican Party’s nominee for president of the United States, the big news of the day we saw Donald Trump picked his running mate as JD Vance, US Senator JD Vance from Ohio.
I think there’s a lot of good to this. I think there’s a lot of question marks for some people and and really when it comes down to it, I I believe electorally this is a good, this is a good thing. This is a good thing. I think that this is going to bring young people to the party. I think that this. Is. Going to enhance. Huge wave of votes that we are absolutely going to see as a result of the attempt on President Trump’s life. This is going to be a very big winning ticket for the Rust Belt. He seems to be very well liked, not only in his home state of Ohio, but across the Rust Belt. Of course we’re talking about Pennsylvania, in addition to Ohio, also Wisconsin, Michigan, there is a lot of power in those States and if they all flip red, we have a very, very interesting map on our hands. In fact, I am of the mind. We’re headed to a landslide, the proportions of which we may not have seen since 1984. We’ll see which, that you’ll remember the giant red map from the last time. Someone attempted to assassinate a Republican in the midst of a presidential campaign. We saw how that map turned in 1984, all but one state. I don’t know if we could pull that off again, but we may be in reach of it, folks. We may just be in reach of it so.
Here’s what you need to know, and this this connects to both JD Vance and the assassination attempt. What you need to know is fight, fight, fight.
We have to fight for America. We must fight for our values. We have to fight for our heritage, for our history as a people. We have to fight the deep state. We have to fight in our elections, fight to have every legal vote represented, fight to have every Republican going to the polls. We have to fight to have every young person understand that there is a correct ideology in America that involves who they are, what they can do and how they can in fact have the freedom and the opportunity to advance.
It is not with the left, their meaning and their identity is not to be found in the states, omnipotence and omniscience. Their meaning and identity is not to be found in their own introspective selves looking inward. Their meaning and their identity is to be found in the God of the universe, the almighty Providence, who we have recognized since the foundations of this nation as the Giver of life, as the Author of our man, as the author of man’s history, and still as the one who providentially protects and provides for this Shining City on a hill, even as we let it slip away.
We must return their attention to that. And while we do, we must turn their attention to ensuring the political movement. That keeps that freedom, and the Author of that freedom in mind, we must shift their attention that way. You want freedom. You want liberty, that is to be found and maximized in the right, to be found and maximized in the people who are fighting for American traditional values. For Christian values in the front again, who are fighting for less of the government and more of we the people. That is where we find it. That is where they will find a maximized freedom, not in the left. The left doesn’t want it. The left wants them to serve the government that they grow so much.
I think that JD Vance can give that winning message and will, with President Trump on the campaign trail, and I think as much of the questions as we have about his past, there are statements he’s made.
He was against Trump before he was for him, all these different things. Let me say this. I greatly hope in this monumental test. Is being given. I greatly hope that those changes of convictions are authentic. May we hope and pray that they are, rather than complain that they aren’t. We’re in it now, and this is the ticket that we must support. And I don’t say that because there’s no choice. I think this is a good choice. And I say we choose to will it and to pray it and to work for it, that it would be the ticket we elect that it would be the next administration in the White House and that we the people and we, the states, would work together to ensure that they stay on the path Of liberty that they stay on the path of the Constitution, that they stay on the path of understanding what it is that they’re doing and what their role is at a federal level.
May the Lord give them guidance and help them. And may we continue to hold them up to get them in office and to hold them accountable and praise them as they do the right things, hold them accountable if they stray, or look to the side.
We absolutely have our work cut out for us folks. The grassroots of America, the grassroots of the Republican Party, the grassroots of the right wing. We have our work cut out for us and must fight, fight, fight for America.
And turning our attention again to this weekend, I I I there’s the there’s your JD Vance news your Your Trump-Vance ticket. Turning our attention to this weekend.
We saw for many of us the first time in our lifetimes, for some just a few years older, the second time. For some in America, the third time. That we have witnessed the assassination attempt of a President of the United States in some serious manner. Donald Trump, if you’re not familiar with at this point, I I don’t know anyone who’s unaware of the story.
But Donald Trump took a bullet through his ear through his right ear on stage in Butler, PA, and there are major questions I I tell you what there are so many directions we could go with this.
But first and foremost, the left and their media propagandists have pushed us to this moment. For years, they have fanned the flames of violence and hatred. They have fomented their side to the point of of seeing Trump as a literal threat that must literally be eliminated. They have Pushed for this and any of them that tried to say that it was figurative political speech. How dare they?
Sure, political speech gets really heated in an election year, but this has been years and years and years of personally individually labeling Donald Trump and his supporters as, like President Joe Biden said, the dregs of society. They have labeled their political opponents as subhuman. They have persecuted them with prosecution and imprisonment from the federal level. It’s despicable.
And this is the logical conclusion of where we would come after all of that hatred poured out – this is where we are.
But the real burning questions lie with the Secret Service. Lie with the security perimeter that day and boy are there questions I know a lot of folks who think that there was purposeful negligence. I know a lot of folks who question why there was not more response. RFK Jr. hasn’t been able to get Secret Service protection at all. Trump’s team has asked for more. There is a lot of questions coming forward, and we must have accountability. We must have accountability. That must come. Ask your representatives. Ask your senators – drag the Secret Service before Congress and demand accountability for what happened on Saturday.
Americans lost their lives and the Secret Service lays largely at fault for their failed security plans. That’s what you need to know. We must fight, fight, fight.
