Washington, D.C.: The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that District Judge Emmet Sullivan must accept the DOJ’s motion to dismiss the case against Gen. Michael Flynn.
“This is a huge victory for General Flynn and his family,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “General Flynn has long opposed the Deep State and has been persecuted as a result. We are so proud of his resolve for the truth and for America. This is a great ruling that brings justice to a great man. This is also a moment of justice for his family who have stood with him and fought for him. His brother and sister Joe Flynn and Barbara Redgate have never lost their resolve to see justice done for their brother.
“We are proud of his excellent legal team headed by Sidney Powell. They have fought for him and for justice every step of the way against a corrupt prosecution. We are also very proud of the work of Molly McCann, a multi-generation Eagle who was brought on under Powell to serve on Flynn’s defense team. She is a credit to the Eagles and to the legacy of Phyllis Schlafly.”
Watch General Flynn’s remarks at Eagle Council 2018 when he was awarded the inaugural “Maj. General John K. Singlaub Award for Service to America.” Gen. Flynn told us then — “Never stop fighting. Never stop believing.”
