Washington, D.C.: “Federal District Judge Terry Doughty has rejected an attempt to block depositions from Biden Administration officials in relation to social media and government collusion on censorship,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “This is another great day for jurisprudence and transparency as well as a one more blow in a long line of defeats for the left leading up to Midterm Election Day.
“Thanks to the hot pursuit of this issue by bulldog State Attorneys General like Louisiana’s Jeff Landry and Missouri’s Eric Schmitt, the testimony of such figures as Dr. Tony Fauci, WH Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, and disgraced former disinformation chief Nina Jankowicz will proceed. I for one greatly look forward to hearing their answers under oath as to their involvement in censoring and de-platforming people with ‘disfavorable’ views in the eyes of government health bureaucrats.
“The fight for Free Speech and public accountability must go on! The more lights we can turn on in the darkness of the swamp before Election Day, the better informed the voters. Judging by the polling trends and voter registration numbers, we can safely assume the downward spiral of Democrat candidates is not yet finished in these final few days.”
