Washington, D.C.: “The Deep State influencers are settling into power,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “We’ve known from the start that President Biden’s political nominations have brought back the cast of ‘usual establishment suspects’ but the current results are truly terrifying.
“The far left is quickly taking over every aspect of the Biden administration, making a mess of foreign policy and catering to every one of the left’s insane domestic desires. The true threats are not found in the elected seats of Biden and Harris but in the nominations and appointments. From Merrick Garland to Janet Yellen to Susan Rice, top Biden bureaucrats are using the federal government to wield unconstitutional levels of political power. Former Trump Intelligence Director Rick Grenell even went so far as to call Susan Rice the ‘shadow president,’ speaking to the fears Americans have of just who is running the Biden show.
“What’s worse is that leftists outside the White House are openly calling for federal power to be abused. I addressed this today on my radio program, that Americans are being targeted because of political opinions. The public outcry against this corruption needs to start now and get very loud, very quickly, before the government becomes the left’s overt weapon against the American people.”
