Washington, D.C.: Today, Lt. General Mike Flynn’s defense team filed two motions aimed at changing the tides of the unjust prosecution against him. Flynn’s defense team, lead by Sydney Powell, filed motions today to withdraw his guilty plea and to dismiss the case against him for egregious government misconduct.
“General Mike Flynn was one of the earliest victims of the Mueller Witch Hunt against President Trump,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “The IG report and other information has since pointed to what many of us have known from the beginning. General Flynn was collateral damage of a vicious attempt to undo the 2016 election and the Trump Presidency. We are thrilled to see this patriot’s legal team fighting back and using the newly uncovered evidence to move for his case’s immediate dismissal.
“His prosecution and treatment has been a travesty to justice and an offense to his faithful service to our nation. We support his motions to the court and pray that the judge ends this entrapment and show prosecution of General Mike Flynn.
