Hey, welcome back to another Pro America Report, this is Ryan Hite signing in, filling in, showing up here to report for duty. I am ready to fill in for Mr. Ed Martin today, who could not be with us. He is out on assignment, although we do have a couple of brand new interviews from Mr. Ed. Two very good ones. I’m looking forward very much to hearing. Cheryl Chumley, good friend of ours, friend of the show, joined him today as well as Ken Rapoza. Looking forward to having them back on. But boy. Ohh has it been a long week? Are you tired yet of the headlines of Trump trial news? I am fatigued. I tell you what though, I mean it it it’s, fatiguing as it is. You can’t lose hope. You can’t lose the fight for America. But boy, sometimes you just want to take a break and sit back.
So. Maybe we can do that a little bit this Weekend. But it’s not over yet. Not over yet. We still have more time, more airwaves, more information that we need to talk about, digest together and then head on out and make sure that we communicate that to the people around us. Well, it’s not an easy one, but I think it’s an important one and one that we’re going to dive into head first. What do you need to know today.
It is time to lock up people. Who cut up our Kids, that’s what it’s time for. It sounds bleak, but I tell you what, it’s pretty black and white. There’s a lot of people trying to make it Not so, trying to make it more nuanced or some sort of issue based around feelings, but the reality is that’s where we are. What am I talking about?
Well, news stories from the week coming out of Tennessee. Just today I saw the headline, but it was something that happened here by a 24 to 4 vote moving forward in Tennessee. SB-2782, sponsored by state Senator Janice Bowling in Tennessee, this got approved.
It would criminalize adults who help children access gender transition procedures without parental consent, criminalizing adults who help kids get to, quote unquote. Gender affirming care, that’s what the left says.
It’s not. it’s gender transition procedures. It’s it’s mutilation. It’s cutting up kids. It’s chemically castrating kids. It’s you fill in the name it, it’s nasty stuff and it ought to be addressed in pretty black and white terms. That’s what we’re gonna do here on the Pro America Report. You know, us, we don’t mince words or cut The truth down to size in any way, shape or form, we talk about it and it’s our job to talk about other people, to talk about this truth with other people, get them to understand. This is. It’s definitely a a crucial safeguard, and not just a safeguard for parental rights, which I know is one of the phrases that gets tossed around with this.
This is a safeguard for our kids and and you know me, when I say our kids I’m not. I am in no way shape or form claiming the language of the left as we have heard. Joe Biden and Melissa Harris Perry and all the others that say on the left. Melissa. Is it Melissa Harris Perry, Melissa, the the MSNBC gal. That, that commercial just drove me nuts, it irked me to no end, and Biden said it to Kamala Harris has said it to these aren’t your kids. These are our kids. Well, you know what, in a certain sense, they are our kids. Get your hands off of them. You politicians, you weirdo leftists, that’s exactly where we’re at. Because the push that’s being made. This this nonsensical line about gender affirmation. It it is absolutely it. It just boggles my mind. But let’s start from the premise and then I want to work through a couple of the Tennessee bill things here. And I guess this is maybe this is that opportunity to say that.
I hope you agree with me and if you don’t, I hope that you listen, because I’m. I’m I’m. I think that this issue is so very black and white and I think that we have a lot of work to do as we have been steeped in political correctness and in being nice for so long.
Here’s the deal, my Bible does not teach me and my Bible is the Bible, by the way. I’m not trying to say I have my own translation. The Bible doesn’t teach me to be nice. The Bible teaches me to speak the truth in love. That is what we ought to do. I think as Americans, as conservatives, we ought to do the same thing.
I am speaking the truth and love when I tell someone this who is standing in front of me screeching a different thing. It’s not because I hate them. It is because I authentically love and respect them as an individual human being created in the image of God. I believe that firmly, every single one of us created in the image of God, there is inherent dignity and value and wealth, and that ought to be treated Seriously. The left is not doing that.
The left is pushing a secularist, basically a religious lie, that you are your own truth and that the government is your supreme caretaker and that we will affirm all of the things that you feel because that will give you your value that you’re searching for, guess what? That’s not it. That’s just not it. Plain and simple.
You’re looking for value. You’re looking for purpose, for worth, for placement, where you fit in, what your life means? Guess what? All of us are, but you can only find that from the Author of Truth, from Truth itself. Not from making up your own truth. It’s not truth. It’s a lie. You’ve made it up, and it’s not gonna make you feel better. It might make you feel better in the short term, but guess what? You look at the detransition rates and you look at the the regret amongst this Community that is silenced by the left who is pushing it as some sort of mental health fix. Guess what? It’s not. It is not a mental health fix. You don’t affirm you don’t fix people’s diseases, their mental diseases by affirming the disease, you help them work through it and fix it. Like I said, several times I’ve heard it, but you don’t give diet pills to a bulimic. That’s nuts. No, no one would support that. So then why are we cutting up People who want their gender to be affirmed and feel like they don’t really fit into their own body. Well, guess what? That’s not abnormal. Across the entire history of the world. That is not an abnormal feeling for young people, particularly to not know where they fit in, so that that’s an overview and you could apply that to adults and kids alike. But especially when it comes to kids.
This should be an obvious no even for the people that think fine, it’s OK. You do whatever you want. I may have a little bit of a stronger opinion. Even on adults there, but for kids this should be a no brainer.
So good for Tennessee, Tennessee moving forward under this Bill’s provisions this SB 2782 that is moving forward, any adult who has found recruiting, harboring, or transporting an unemancipated minor in Tennessee for the purpose of receiving a prohibited medical procedure related to gender transitions, these folks would face criminal charges and not just criminal charges. Violations would include or would constitute a Class C felony. It could carry penalties of three to 15 years in jail, fines of up to $10,000. The measure also permits civil action against those who are found to be in breach of this potential new law. Man, that’s I. I think that this is good stuff. I think it’s necessary because the people who would actively take part in this. Particularly, aside from the wishes and the agreement of a family and and that’s that, honestly, even if a family’s on board with this, that’s that’s doesn’t make it right. It’s still wrong what we’re doing to kids, allowing them or encouraging them, encouraging them to run forward with these delusions instead of encouraging them. To find help and get well. Anyone who would, particularly outside of a family, take this, take the reins of this situation and try to transport and help a minor. It’s not help, it’s destruction.
It’s literally leading a lamb to the slaughter, a lamb who doesn’t know any better, who doesn’t know how to fit in, who doesn’t know what their place is and who does not. Have the emotional, social, mental, spiritual development and maturity. That’s the keyword really is maturity. Yet to understand these things and and this issue, this problem that they are feeling, taking them in, chemically castrating them and cutting them up is absolutely the wrong answer. It is vile, it’s evil, and it’s being done on purpose. So the people who participate in doing this on person on purpose, yes, that should be criminalized. Those folks should be hit with felonies. You wanna talk about some real felonies? That’s it. Receiving the mail. Donald Trump. That that should not be a felony. Cutting up kids on purpose and chemically castrating them. That’s a felony. That should be jail time. You could argue about all kinds of punishments for that, and I would probably listen very intently and agree. At least I’d be likely to. So SB 2787 is moving its way through Tennessee might be on its way very soon here to going for this legislation of the Republican supermajority. Passed it, it made it passed, and if enacted, I think this would make Tennessee what the second. The second state to criminalize such assistance for minors as well they should. That’s what you need to know. That is what you need to know. It is time to start locking up people who cut up our Kids. Oh, that was a heavy one. But there’s a lot of heavy stuff in America, and it’s what we got to talk about.
