Strong Support for Anti-Grooming Spans All Political Parties & Demographics
Washington, D.C.: “The left’s vitriol against Florida’s Parental Rights in Education bill continues, but Americans aren’t buying their lies,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “Try as they might to brand it hate speech and state-sponsored discrimination, more than 6 in 10 Americans support this ban of instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity in Florida’s K-3 classrooms.
“The Daily Wire conducted a nationwide poll that left out key components of typical skewed, inacurate polls: manipulated questions and inaccurate sampling of respondents. Daily Wire ditched the insane leftwing media lies like ‘don’t say gay,’ and instead used real language from the actual Florida bill.”
Across every party, racial, and age demographic, the poll found that essentially two-thirds of Americans support this move to protect parental rights and stop indoctrination of kindergartners through third graders. When accurate language was given to respondents, 69% of Republicans, 57% of Independents, and even 62% of Democrats supported it. The same approval was found among blacks (63%), latinos (62%) and whites (63%).
“When presented with the truth,” Martin continued, “Americans overwhelmingly approve of protecting young children from the grooming of gender ideology fanatics. Even more telling, over half of the poll respondents (mind you, in a majority Democrat poll) said they support parents’ ability to pursue civil action against school districts that teach these topics.
“What’s honestly shocking is that there are still nearly 2 in 10 Americans who don’t find anything wrong with purposefully shoving gender dysphoria on 5 year olds. We need more parents who are willing to stand up for their children and we certainly need more states that are willing to defer to parental authority! We must be bold in speaking the truth and proactive in stopping the classroom infiltration of radical gender ideology.”
