1. Public schools don’t like to talk about it, but many of them pummel young children with nosey questionnaires about your family life. Most of us don’t think it’s the government’s business to ask children if they like their parents, if they feel less loved than their siblings, or if they’ve ever engaged in sexual activity. 2. Public schools are also notorious for subjecting students to mental health screenings without the permission of parents. Some groups want to make it a universal requirement for students to go through mental health screenings before graduation, even though these tests can be wildly inaccurate when used on children. In large part, this is a gimmick by the pharmaceutical industry to sell more drugs to children who don’t need it.
3. No list of public school problems would be complete without a mention of the downright lies taught in the classroom. From history to politics to science to health to English, many public schools quietly insert a liberal agenda into every subject.
Every parent is responsible for making the educational choices for his children.
