Ed Martin Addresses Closing Session of World Congress of Families in Verona

St. Louis, MO: Phyllis Schlafly Eagles President Ed Martin addressed the closing plenary session of the World Congress of Families yesterday in Verona, Italy. His address to the Congress was on Phyllis Schlafly and Donald Trump: How to Make the Family Great Again.

“The winds of change are moving in Europe and America also,” said Martin. “The family unit has long been under attack. The rise of secularism is most damaging and has brought instability across the globe. The family is needed now more than ever, our faith in God now is needed more than ever. The world needs the European family to be great again, and there is a groundswell that is doing just that. From Poland, Hungary, and other leading nations, a new movement is coming to once again hold up the Biblical family as a model upon which civil society will thrive. America, too, must be bold in upholding the natural family unit.”
