St. Louis, MO: Last night at a Houston, TX rally for Ted Cruz, President Donald Trump announced that he was supporting and Rep. Kevin Brady (TX-8) was spearheading a further 10% tax cut for middle class American families and making them permanent along with the new exemptions and credits from last year’s Tax and Jobs Act.
“This would be a welcome and giant step forward for American families,” said Phyllis Schlafly Eagles President Ed Martin. “The bonuses, higher wages, and company investments that has happened as a result of last year’s tax cut plan have propelled our roaring economy even further. Americans know best how to invest and spend their money and keep our nation prosperous. We are glad President Trump recognizes this and supports reducing the tax burden on middle class Americans.
“We need more of these policies to keep America prosperous. Voters should take that knowledge to the polls in two weeks on November 6.”
