Washington, D.C.: Today Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed an election lawsuit in the Supreme Court against the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia. This suit alleges that unconstitutionally changed election laws have destroyed the credibility of the 2020 election. As a result, the will of the states, including the people of Texas, has suffered tremendous harm.
“This is a big moment further legitimizing the evidence and sworn testimony of targeted fraud,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles and coalition leader in #StoptheSteal. “Texas understands that this fraud must be dealt with swiftly and harshly. The issue at hand isn’t just the successful re-election of President Trump — the integrity of our very election process is at stake. It is not hyperbolic to insist that the future of our republic hangs on how our nation, our state legislatures, and our Supreme Court deal with this rampant fraud.”
America is ruled by the electoral will of We the People — not selection by the elite and corrupt.
