Chief Justice Robert Pokes at the Truth About So-Called “Right” to Abortion
Washington, D.C.: “During yesterday’s oral arguments on Dobbs, Chief Justice John Roberts was knocking at the door that hides all of Roe v. Wade‘s dirty secrets,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “He hinted at is a story that both our Supreme Court Justices and the American public should know.
“In fact, Clarke Forsythe makes this knowledge very accessible in his fantastic book Abuse of Discretion. Using the case files and personal papers of the Justices, Forsythe chronicles how a few Justices and their clerks completely manufactured the right to abortion. The left has since bolstered this newfound “right” with further court precedents and media propaganda. Behind all the curtains, however, we find that the Supreme Court’s abortion decisions are burdened with errors that deeply entrenched a political position into the supposedly neutral judiciary.”
