Not one, but two triple-fatality car accidents were recently caused by illegal aliens driving trucks with commercial driver’s licenses (CDL) issued by California. Florida has investigated and uncovered devastating details about the road carnage wrought in its state by a California resident who never should have received a CDL.
Driving in India is on the left side of its roads, the opposite of here in the U.S. Speeds are typically lower in India compared with the U.S., and the high-velocity, high-congestion movement on our interstates and turnpikes is unlike travel in India.
In our country illegally from India, Harjinder Singh had failed his CDL exam 10 times within two months in Washington State in 2023, but then that liberal state granted him this license anyway. That authorized him to drive large trucks on our highways nationwide.
He next obtained a similar license from California, where he was residing this year. Driving a truck in Florida, he attempted a shockingly reckless maneuver that no American trucker would ever do.
While driving northbound in the outside lane near Fort Pierce on the Florida Turnpike, Singh unexpectedly turned his 18-wheeler across all the inner northbound lanes to make a bizarre, illegal U-turn in a median area limited to authorized vehicles. High-speed traffic behind him had no way to anticipate that swerving maneuver, and a minivan carrying three could not stop.
All three in the minivan were killed by the collision, but Singh and his passenger were uninjured. He is being held without bond in the local St. Lucie County Jail.
Singh has an insufficient understanding of English to drive a big rig on our turnpikes, as he was doing. His reckless U-turn was prohibited by signage and tradition well-known to American drivers, but he cannot read road signs if he cannot understand English.
After the crash, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) discovered that Singh correctly answered only 2 out of 12 questions in English. He could read only 1 in 4 road signs.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom has granted 62,000 CDLs to illegal aliens, which makes the tragic accidents inevitable until the Trump Administration cracks down against California for allowing this. Merely two months later, another illegal alien with the last name of “Singh” crashed his truck on a California highway, likewise killing three in his accident.
Jashanpreet Singh, apparently having no relation to Harjinder Singh, had illegally entered our country, and was caught but then released by the Biden Administration. Gov. Newsom turned him loose on our highways to drive big trucks here.
On October 21, Jashanpreet Singh caused the deaths of three people and injured several more by rear-ending them at high speed. He has been charged with three counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and one count of driving under the influence of a drug.
Prosecutors allege that this 21-year-old, which is the minimum age for receiving a CDL for interstate trucking, was driving at a high speed in his truck. He has pleaded not guilty while his supporters demand the return to him of his Sikh turban as he sits in jail.
This Singh’s understanding of English is so poor that he has requested an interpreter at court hearings to translate into his native tongue of Punjabi for him. Punjabi is a language spoken in the Punjab region of India and Pakistan, and it is estimated that 316,000 Indian migrants into the U.S., about half of whom have settled in California, speak this language.
Sean Duffy, Trump’s DOT Secretary, has pulled $160 million in federal funding from California due to its failure to comply with federal standards in issuing CDLs to illegal aliens, many of whom cannot read our road signs. Earlier, Secretary Duffy pulled an additional $40 million in funding.
“It would have never happened if Gavin Newsom had followed our new rules,” Duffy explained. “California broke the law and now three people are dead and two are hospitalized. These people deserve justice. There will be consequences.”
New regulations issued by the Trump Administration on Sept. 26 required California and all states to verify a driver’s status in the U.S. before granting an application for CDL privileges. Despite this, California ignored the Trump Administration’s regulations by expanding Singh’s driving privileges for interstate trucking on Oct. 15, which was apparently his 21st birthday.
As Trump’s Department of Homeland Security responded on X, “This tragedy follows a disturbing pattern of criminal illegal aliens driving commercial vehicles on American roads, directly threatening public safety.”
A 20-year-old American is considered too inexperienced to receive an interstate trucking license, and a young driver typically needs to be 25 to rent a car. Secretary Duffy should suspend California’s authority to license interstate truckers until it stops licensing 21-year-old illegal aliens unable to understand English.
Only U.S. Citizens Should Be Allowed to Vote
Millions of Americans went to the polls on November 4 to cast ballots in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, New York City, and elsewhere. Included in these important elections were the future composition of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, two governorships, and the mayor of our largest city.
On March 25th, President Trump signed Executive Order No. 14,248 to strengthen election integrity by requiring proof of American citizenship to register to vote. His U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) has been contemplating the insertion of this requirement into the federal voter registration form.
But on October 31, a Clinton-appointed federal judge in Washington, D.C., upheld Democrats’ challenge to this sensible citizenship requirement. Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly unilaterally blocked Trump’s executive order from being enforced through the EAC or in any other way by the President.
Roughly 30 Leftist-controlled jurisdictions have expressly authorized voting by non-citizens in local elections. In addition, some Democrat-controlled states that pretend to prohibit this have practices failing to prevent it.
But allowing non-citizens to vote in state and local elections in New York was too much for even Democrat judges there. In nearly unanimous decisions by the intermediate and highest appellate courts of New York State, they correctly ruled that New York’s state constitution limits voting to citizens of the United States.
The Empire State’s Constitution reads, “Every citizen shall be entitled to vote at every election for all officers elected by the people and upon all questions submitted to the vote of the people.” This is found in Section 1 of its Article II.
Much of Zohran Mamdani’s support for Mayor of New York is from people born outside of the United States, according to polls. New York City’s enormous population includes over a million adults who are not U.S. citizens, and 800,000 of those would have been eligible to vote for mayor under the Democrat-sponsored law that was blocked by higher courts – a number that exceeds the population of several states.
In March New York’s highest court, its Court of Appeals, ruled 6-1 in favor of a Republican challenge to a 2022 New York City ordinance allowing non-citizens to vote in local elections, including for mayor. The Republicans’ lawsuit initially prevailed in Staten Island, the only Republican borough in New York City, but Democrats appealed.
To the surprise of many, the justices on New York’s state appellate courts, all of whom were appointed by Democrat Governors Andrew Cuomo or Kathy Hochul, overwhelmingly rejected this attempt by Democrat politicians to allow non-citizen voting. Only one of the seven highest judges sided with non-citizen voting, and the intermediate appellate court voted 3-1 against it.
Writing for New York’s highest court, Chief Judge Rowan Wilson rejected Democrats’ argument that the state constitution merely required allowing citizens to vote, without prohibiting additional voting by non-citizens. Judge Wilson, the first African American to be Chief Judge of that court, describes himself as a “progressive pragmatist.”
Justice Wilson pointed out that under Democrats’ reasoning New York City could next allow 13-year-olds to vote, which would be absurd but likely to boost Democrat candidates in elections. At least most 13-year-olds speak English and can read ballots, in contrast with illegal aliens who cannot read road signs here and yet are dangerously driving trucks.
Meanwhile, Trump’s Department of Justice (DOJ) has sent a strong letter to Fulton County, Georgia, demanding their ballot records from the 2020 election. In a July 30th resolution, the Georgia State Election Board requested the assistance of DOJ to the extent necessary to obtain compliance with election transparency in Fulton County, where Atlanta is located.
Harmeet Dhillon, the splendid Assistant Attorney General appointed by Trump to run the Civil Rights Division of DOJ, points out that “transparency appears to have been frustrated at multiple turns in Georgia.” She quoted the Georgia State Election Board’s observation nearly a year ago that there are “unexplained anomalies in vote tabulation and storage related to the 2020 election.”
Assistant AG Dhillon complains about “multiple instances of government obstruction of transparency requests, including high-resolution ballot scans, signature verification documentation, and various metadata requests.” Nearly five years after the controversy there in 2020, the public and the Republican candidates still lack access to ballot processing information, such as signature verification on the hordes of mail-in ballots accepted.
Pennsylvania, the key battleground state, ostensibly prohibits voting by non-citizens. But the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Secretary has ordered all of its 67 county boards to ignore voter verification requirements, and instead register any applicant to vote regardless of the legitimacy of his driver’s license or social security number.
Pennsylvania officials have admitted that “approximately 100,000 registered voters may potentially be non-citizens or may have been non-citizens at some point in time,” which is larger than the presidential margin of victory there in 2016 and 2020. Yet Democrats in Pennsylvania obstruct transparency needed to remove non-citizens from its voter rolls.
Conservative Triumphs Worldwide
Called “ultraconservative” by the liberal media, Japan’s new prime minister is its first woman ever in that position. But a Japanese feminist author told NBC News that Japan attaining its first female prime minister “doesn’t make me happy.”
Sanae Takaichi takes the reins of power in Japan with strongly conservative positions on gender and marriage. She’s much more like Phyllis Schlafly than Hillary Clinton or Kamala Harris.
Takaichi opposes same-sex marriage and is against allowing married women to keep their maiden name as their last name after marriage. She favors the Japanese tradition of male-only succession in its imperial family.
She is unlikely to support DEI. She will strengthen the Japanese military which would help us by creating a buffer against communist China, and she met with President Trump during his Asia trip.
She has supported tougher immigration policies in Japan. Like Trump, she is an advocate of hard work: “I myself will throw out the term ‘work-life balance.’ I will work and work and work and work and work,” she said.
Her election was made possible by support from the Japan Innovation Party, called Ishin, which the liberal media describe as far-right. The same childless Japanese feminist author, Chizuko Ueno, complained that Takaichi “sees herself as the Japanese version of Margaret Thatcher.”
The issue of women’s rights pales in comparison with the crisis in Japan of its vanishing birth rate. Its population is contracting, falling from 127 million in 2015 to only 123 million today, a trend that will soon be nearly impossible to reverse.
Japan’s population is declining at a rate of 0.5 to 1.5% annually now. That leaves fewer young workers supporting its vast elderly population.
The median age in Japan is 50 years old, meaning that half of its people are aging out of the workforce. By comparison, the median age in Florida as the place of retirement for many Americans is only 43 years old, and in booming Texas, the median age is only 36.
There cannot be economic growth without young workers, and Japan’s real gross domestic product decreased by an annualized 0.2% between the last quarter of 2024 and the first quarter of this year. Japan is burdened by the highest debt-to-GDP ratio of any developed country, a whopping 240%.
The number of childbirths in Japan dropped in the first half of 2025 by 3.1% from a year ago. A record-low 340,000 babies were born there in the first six months of this year, far too few to sustain its future.
The decline in births there is plummeting even faster than projections. While some blame male traditions in the country, the Japanese people are turning to a conservative woman to try to save them.
Takaichi’s election is part of a trend worldwide that also recently resulted in the first conservative president of Bolivia in 20 years. Rodrigo Paz won a stunning upset against Leftist control of that South American country, and he vows to establish a better relationship with the United States.
This is terrific news as Bolivia is the third-largest producer of illegal cocaine in the world. In 2023 alone, 33 tons of cocaine were seized by anti-drug efforts in that country.
The recent Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to an anti-communist in Venezuela, María Corina Machado, who was forced into hiding after the Leftist dictator Nicolás Maduro stole the election from her last year. Machado is widely considered to have won that election for president of Venezuela while campaigning on a platform of getting tough against illegal drugs and improving relations with the U.S.
When the Norway committee awarded the Nobel Peace Prize to Machado, she immediately praised Trump and called him to let him know that he should have won. Machado’s conservative positions are popular in Venezuela, and her campaign rallies drew large crowds just as Trump’s did.
The left-wing political party ruling Great Britain today – the Labour Party – has fallen to a rock-bottom 19% in public support, according to recent polling. This is less than half of its support at the beginning of last year, and the liberal media are distressed at this without understanding why.
Trust in the liberal President of France, Emmanuel Macron, fell to a record-low 14% last month, according to a poll funded by the business daily Les Echos. President Trump’s approval rating in the United States is three times higher than that.
In June, Trump-endorsed conservative Karol Nawrocki prevailed in Poland over the liberal Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski. The conservative Prime Minister of nearby Hungary, Viktor Orbán, cheered this “fantastic victory.”
Back home, liberals are perplexed by Trump’s growing popularity during the Democrat-induced partial shutdown of the government. To understand better, they should take note of conservative victories sweeping the globe.
RFK Jr. Cleans House as MAGA Hoped
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. (RFK Jr.), Trump’s Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), cleared the deck on June 9 of Big Pharma’s control over vaccine policy. RFK Jr. fired everyone on the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), which has never recommended against any vaccine, including those later withdrawn as unsafe.
“A clean sweep is needed to re-establish public confidence in vaccine science,” RFK Jr. wrote in the Wall Street Journal, which itself has been a mouthpiece for the pharmaceutical industry. OpenSecrets.org identifies Big Pharma as the most influential group in Washington, D.C., and more than two-thirds of the U.S. Senate receives Big Pharma donations.
Many Americans have no idea what ACIP is, or understand that ACIP’s vaccine recommendations automatically become vaccine requirements for children to attend public schools. Private schools also require the same laundry list of ACIP-recommended vaccines, and Illinois this year considered legislation to require homeschool children to receive all these vaccines too.
Big Pharma’s lobbyists have cleverly obtained legal requirements in every state that automatically impose on children whatever ACIP approves. So although it appears that ACIP is merely making recommendations, in fact its recommendations become requirements for children unable to refuse the injections.
It used to be that nearly every state had a religious exemption to vaccination, and large states like California even had a philosophical exemption that did not require any religion. But Big Pharma has diligently worked to remove exemptions, such that California has neither a religious nor a philosophical exemption, while several other blue states including New York have eliminated their religious exemption.
Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) is an important part or partner of the MAGA movement that helped elect Trump along with a strong 53-47 GOP majority in the Senate. Among many stunning achievements by Trump’s Cabinet and special advisers, RFK Jr.’s overhaul of ACIP is one of the biggest and boldest reforms.
Personal observations of children after vaccination have led many to suspect that they are being harmed by injections they do not need. An alarming increase in autism, allergies, heart problems, and cancer cries out for an explanation, and one difference between younger and older Americans is that younger generations have had far more vaccines.
Covid was relatively safe in children and yet the Covid vaccine was pushed on them by ACIP, and has been required by many colleges as a condition of enrollment. In some cases children were injected with the Covid vaccine without their parents’ approval.
Hospitals give most infants the Hepatitis B vaccine soon after birth, although its purpose is to protect against a sexually transmitted disease. New Jersey, where the pharmaceutical industry has many offices, requires 3 doses of this and many other vaccines in children as a condition of merely entering kindergarten.
The liberal media understood immediately the significance of RFK Jr.’s housecleaning move, and some websites featured headlines about this with greater priority than news about the Los Angeles riots. When Tucker Carlson and James O’Keefe previously took on Big Pharma, they were soon forced out of their jobs.
The blowback against RFK Jr. will be intense, and it appears that Big Pharma already controls Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) who was initially planning to vote against RFK Jr.’s confirmation. Only a grassroots outpouring by MAHA in support of RFK Jr. caused Tillis eventually to vote in favor of him.
CNN quoted one of the fired members of ACIP as blustering that “I’ve never seen anything this damaging to public health happen in my lifetime.” The adviser asserted, “This will fundamentally destabilize vaccination in America.”
Instead, it might end vaccine tyranny in the United States, where children are forced to receive more vaccines than anywhere else in the world. American children typically receive 30 doses of vaccines by the age of one, due to how ACIP has relentlessly recommended virtually every vaccine.
Every member of ACIP whom RFK Jr. fired had been appointed by Biden, who famously abused his power by ordering all large employers to require Covid vaccination of their employees. The U.S. Supreme Court intervened on an emergency basis to block Biden’s vaccine mandate as unjustified by any law.
There has been a chorus of complaints about RFK Jr.’s mass firing from those who feed at the trough of Big Pharma. As an advisory committee, ACIP should be a diverse group that includes people who are skeptical about vaccine mandates.
RFK Jr. vows that the replacements he picks for ACIP “won’t directly work for the vaccine industry” and “will exercise independent judgment, refuse to serve as a rubber stamp, and foster a culture of critical inquiry — unafraid to ask hard questions.” This is just what a good doctor would want for MAHA vaccine policy.
