The Biden campaign had certain demands for the Wednesday debate — They wanted the desks placed 12 feet apart and plexiglas put up in front of each person on stage. Because of the distance between the debaters there was a split-screen view the entire evening of Pence and Harris, allowing everyone a clear view of the candidates the whole time. Pence was methodical, he stated facts, had a cool persona, and was very professional. Harris lied multiple times, rolled her eyes, and proved herself to be very unpresidential.
