Ed was able to carve out an interview with him, and I’m really looking forward to hearing it. And also, we’ve got a lot of stuff to talk about, but we’re we’re gonna get there. We’re gonna get there. Of course, lots to talk about lots that Phil is gonna talk about. We’re gonna be looking back on a retrospective retrospective. Ohh. Excuse me. Retrospective of the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s what’s ahead.
But what is forward is the 2024 presidential election. That is what we’re going to talk about here today. That is what we need to cover because it’s got well, we keep talking about it and there keeps being offshoots of it, whether we’re talking about RFK or Biden or Trump or this or that or the other. But guess what? These are all incredibly important, consequential things for America, and there’s just never an end to how important it is that we discuss these things that we fix the problems and fix the communications that we have around them, onto the truth, and look for the truth in all of these situations. So here’s a little bit of an update that we have for you today and and well, let me back this up and we give it in the right order.
What you need to know is the Trump trials are falling apart. All of them.
The Trump trials are a sham. We have always known that they are a sham, but now everyone is seeing it. Everyone left, right and middle is seeing the sham that is the Trump trials.
From New York to Georgia to DC everywhere in between. We are seeing the whole thing unravel. Just just. Let let’s a quick update. That we want to run through a couple of things. First of all, and we’ve talked about it here and there, but the New York case, the hush money case in its fourth week, it’s just terrible, absolutely terrible. The prosecution, Alvin Bragg’s district Attorney’s office has put forward some of the most, at least by Trump’s defense teams standard. I’m sure some of the best witnesses they could have come up with. Holy cow. The folks that they have come up with are incredibly helpful to Trump’s case. It’s been a wild ride to watch, but that is the one that this hush money case. This is the one that just absolutely didn’t make sense or didn’t really register with the American people. Lots of polls show they just didn’t care about this one.
But the other two. Those two have had huge monumental things happen this week. The classified documents case that special counsel Jack Smith has been pursuing against Donald Trump. This is the result of the Mar-a-lago raid where they raided and took classified documents, claimed that Donald Trump had mishandled classified classified documents. Oh my goodness, he’s mishandled. Classified documents. How dare he?
Well, guess what. Judge Aileen Cannon overseeing that case has indefinitely postponed the trial. It was already probably not gonna happen before the election, but she has indefinitely postponed the trial over Trump’s mishandling of classified documents.
You want to know why? Because the FBI had to testify on record last week in a court filing that they mishandled those documents. You wanna talk about a you wanna talk about irony, smacking you in the face? That’s it right there, folks. Ohh, my goodness. Yeah, the FBI. Apparently all their staged photos where they had to just trash the room with classified. Look at the mess of classified documents that we got from Donald Trump’s home. They had to take pictures of it, well. They did not do a very good job maintaining the chain of Evidence. Things were taken out, put back in the wrong order. Stuff was moved around and someone noticed it. One of Trump’s codefendants noticed it and said his legal team. Wait a minute, wait a minute, they said. What’s up with this?
Why are these different here in a different order in discovery than they were here when we reviewed them? And these boxes and these documents inside these boxes. So Jack Smith Had to admit in a court filing late last week, yeah, we kind of got the order of some of these things wrong. So it’s been a little bit mishandled and we haven’t maybe put them back in order. They’ve this that’s this is tampering with the evidence. You you must maintain integrity of the evidence and they haven’t.
So that revelation brought down the hammer of Judge Aileen Cannon. Who said yeah, no more. No way, Jose. So it it is the hilarious principle. I mean, this is something Ed talks about frequently. Guess what? Whenever the left is doing, it’s screeching about something that the right is doing. It’s probably the left doing it themselves. Sure enough. Here we go the the exact identical thing that they are claiming is Trump’s big fault of mishandling of classified documents is exactly what they did. And that case, is gone. It’s postponed indefinitely. But I gotta imagine you have an evidence chain problem. I can’t imagine that we see this one come back in any sort of serious way. We’ll see, but I doubt it.
Tripping a little further South, down onto Georgia. Well, guess what? And I say South onto Georgia. I think if this one is a federal case, even though it really originates in Florida with the seizure of the documents at Mar-a-lago, the seizure of the mishandled documents, so they say, oh, boy, oh boy. Let’s let’s let’s let’s move on though, going I guess up since you know Judge Cannon is in fact from the District Court in the Southern District of Florida going up to Georgia.
Up to Georgia, Fani Willis is potentially on the chopping block off the case. The Trump defense team already asked for her to be off in March. They were told no. But now that Fani Willis has endured a trial and of her own, and Nathan Wade, the other Coconspirator, you could call him this. The prosecutor with whom she was having an illicit and unethical relationship with who was also on the Trump, get Trump team the prosecution of Trump. Well, he’s off the case because they had a problem of an affair that was not reported. And sure enough, here we are now. The Georgia State Court of Appeals has said, sure, yeah, Trump legal team. We will review whether we need to disqualify Fani Willis from your case.
Well, if the District Attorney gets disqualified from the case, that doesn’t necessarily I guess inherently destroy the case, but guess what? Likely again bye bye that one. I mean, I I I’m you know the there are certainly ramifications that are gonna keep going but you gotta imagine we’re kind of toast at this point that this is a huge, probably a death blow to the case.
And honestly, there was other silliness around the New York case today, or I say today this week. One of the primary New York State senators who brought forward the law, the Adult, what was it, the Adult? Something about adults coming forward act. I forget exactly the name of the legislation, but it was essentially the removal of the statute of limitations that New York did in order for E. Jeane Carroll to come forward and had a little bit of a hand in this current hush money.
But the the law that they put forward to suspend the statute of limitations so that they could get Trump. Well, guess what?
One of the guys who voted for that one of the state senators who pushed that through so they could get Trump now has an accusation of misconduct and rape against him. And what is his response, now that there is no statute of limitations in the same way there was, his response. Ohh well, the, the the removal of these statutes of limitation, that’s unconstitutional.
Really? ‘Cause when you were getting Trump, it sure wasn’t unconstitutional. The again, the irony of the situations smacking you in the face, folks. This is absolutely incredible.
The amazing double standards that we are witnessing now this this is the leftist agenda laid bare for anyone who questioned it. This is your opportunity to put a few things down and show them how these cases are going.
This supposed mishandling of of classified information. This supposed election meddling in Georgia, this supposed hush money case in New York City. Ohh my goodness.
At every turn we see the evidence of rushed and hurried prosecutions. These are not well thought. These are not being done because the law is on the line.
These are being done because there is a political point to be made during an election year to get Trump.
To destroy a political opponent. Of the people ahead, of the political opponent of the people all the way up the food chain at the head of your side of the aisle, the the Chief Democrat or whoever is pulling the strings, we will say Joe Biden, for the sake of it. But we, I think you and I both know it’s probably not Joe Biden pulling the strings anymore at this point.
But this is a rush job, a whack job. To get rid of Trump, this is a political prosecution of political persecution. It has nothing to do with the rule of law. And we are getting the golden opportunity put in front of us to see played out how badly it’s been put together, how great the double standards are and this is our opportunity to not only make sure that these things get shut down, call your senators, call your congressman, call your local folks, call the call the judicial courthouses. Someone needs to treat this as it is. An abuse of the law against a political opponent and talk to your friends and family who don’t get it yet this is the opportunity, the Trump trial Shams are falling apart. There you go. That’s what you need to know.
