You’re not gonna want to miss those. But before we get to those great guests, which I’m always excited about, we have fantastic guests here on the Pro America Report. Before we get there, let’s dive into the WYNK. The what you need to know. There’s a biggie that’s going on. We’ve talked about it a little bit, talked about it last week, but the this is an avalanche, a snowball of incredible proportions that is absolutely making waves Across the nation. So here here’s what you need to know.
Six more states Have now managed to secure a block of the new Biden administration Title IX transgender rules. Thanks to a judge, six more states. This brings the total up to a whopping 27 states actually have sued. They’ve got a little bit of an insight there where I think this is potentially the topic Of the Schlafly report this week, so look forward to having John on with Ed. We’ll talk about that. But. Number of states that have come out against these Title IX rewrites as they have started to hit is absolutely incredible. 27 states have now sued in some form or fashion and and this brings up with a ruling another six states, an injunction that applies it. It’s really incredible. There is a movement, a wave against the transgender agenda being shoved down our throats that I mean that that really at the base of it all, this is 6 more states. With a court case, or rather, six more states that brought a case and are getting a good ruling from a judge.
But the reality, the the bigger overarching issue, what you need to know is huge sweeping sections of the population and more than half of our states are saying no to the transgender Agenda. Really it it’s an incredible number. When you back up and see what is happening, there is a strong stand from so many states, from so many public polls, this this is too far for people.
This is too far for a lot of Democrats. This is too far for a lot of folks, but you, you know, you and I both know this is the logical end To the fallacies that the left has created, these victim and oppressed groups. These agendas that they have come up with, the cultural disintegration that they have manufactured for lack of a better word.
Because really they’re they’re trying to completely rot out the family unit and so many of the societal systems and functions that we had. That we have had for decades, for centuries, not just in America but across the world, this really is a part of the movement to destroy our free society as we know it and and. And we talk about this all the time. But that’s just, you know we that’s almost a whole separate show to go down to go into that issue and and talk about why that’s the case. Look at the history of it but. What’s hitting us today?
What’s absolutely blowing me away is the fact that we are now up to 27 states, more than half of the country. More than half of the nation has sued to block this policy.
It is an offense to women’s sports and young women working to achieve goals everywhere across the nation, in education and sports.
Particularly, it is an affront to the family unit itself. It it it is an offence and an affront to so many fundamental institutions and so many advancements that have been made. And fought for again by the left so often that people are just done and saying no, so this is, I believe a a very pivotal moment for America. We are witnessing an incredible possibility of what’s happening here now. Of course, I I will say this does not come without great interest and intrigue.
Because as you know, these things are working their way up the appeals courts. As it is coming up to the Supreme Court, we already see one of the rumblings that’s happening and they’ll take a little bit of a sidetrack here for a moment and then we’ll swing back into Title IX. But here’s one of the consequences of this.
When the federal judiciary does the right thing, Democrats come a calling and they come a calling to change the system. This is exactly what’s happening right now in the Senate. We, you know, we talked briefly, I believe we talked last week. I actually forget if we talked about it or not. But on Friday, the Supreme Court overturned the ATF’s new rule banning bump stocks. Now for anyone who’s not aware, this is, a bump stock is an accessory you can attach to your AR15 rifle, and it allows you to essentially bump fire the gun, which all that means is on a semi automatic gun. The mechanics of it. You pull the trigger once, the gun fires once, when you hold onto it in just a certain ginger way. It’s really actually pretty difficult to do, and you pull the gun forward, the natural bouncing of the gun helps you to fire it faster. It’s wildly inaccurate. It doesn’t actually serve you to hit your target, but there’s someone who came up with an accessory. You hook it on as a stock and it helps you do that push pull thing. You pull the gun forward with one hand and you’re holding the trigger, kind of with the other. So it’s it’s not a machine gun, but it lets you fire faster, more ineffective, in my opinion, but it lets you fire faster. Well, whatever it is, it doesn’t change the definition of the gun. It doesn’t change the mechanics of the gun. It does not change the letter of the law that Congress passed about what constitutes a semi automatic weapon and a fully automatic machine gun, which is regulated very heavily by the ATF. And yet here the the ATF comes in and says, yeah, you know what? We know Congress wrote this, but we’re going to reinterpret this rule. To include those things too. To which everyone said, but does it? Does it change the mechanics of the of the firearm? They haven’t changed? No, but they just, we don’t like these. They they give you somewhat of a similar effect. What if someone just got a really fast finger? Is that outlawed too? That that’s not how this works.
That is not how an enforcement agencies authority works. Period. So. Yes, this is about this decision, this rule and the fight about it was about the Second Amendment and about firearms rights.
But it was also about the fact that federal agencies don’t get to legislate and law make. That’s not their job. So Friday, the Supreme Court struck down their ban on bump stocks.
Now, Chuck Schumer immediately moved to pass a bump stock ban. But of course, do you know what came with it as well? The renewed calls for packing the Supreme Court, the renewed calls for expanding the court for adding more justices to it. Well, what’s that mean? You and I know what packing the court means. Ed talks about it a lot. We talked about it a ton at our day job over at the Phyllis Schlafly Eagles, packing the court. I mean, this goes back a long time. This isn’t a new creation, that’s for darn sure, but every time it’s come Up it has been absolutely beat down because it is a politicization, a, a politicization. Politicization, politicization. Wow, we’re gonna, you, you and I know that I like to figure these words out. Live on the Air with you but.
You’re making a political process out of a Supreme Court decision you don’t like. That’s basically what’s happening, so. Now let’s try to add more. Congress says. The president says FDR tried to do this. Let’s add a bunch more seats on the Supreme Court more than 9, so that I can add a bunch more justices that I like and then I’ll get my way. They’ll vote for me.
Well, that’s that’s just a big fat obvious no for a lot of people with a solid No. And it’s been shot down every time, including when FDR did it.
Well, now, guess what, as these decisions are coming out, good decisions Friday. Like I said, against the ATF, against the administrative state, the regulatory Alphabet agencies and for freedom. Well, now there’s a bunch of appellate Rulings as 27 states, more than half of the nation have filed suit against these Title IX transgender rules. Now there’s good rulings coming from lower courts.
You know this is going to go all the way up to the Supreme Court. And you know that the Supreme Court has a very high likelihood of agreeing that this is federal Agency Regulatory agency outside of their boundaries.
What’s going to happen? We’re gonna get pushed toward and have a huge movement toward expanding the court – court packing. That’s what that’s called. We know what’s coming, but boy, I am encouraged that more than half of the states in America have said no, this is the wrong direction. This is against women. This is crazy. Not a chance. Stop it and they are getting great ruling after great ruling from federal courts. Good for them. This has To continue, I’m looking forward to talking about this more as more information keeps coming out. But boy, this this is a snowball, an avalanche that I hope and pray continues and cannot be stopped. Boy, do we need it.
We’re going to come on back. Don’t miss out after the break here. We’re going to dive into a couple of great interviews. Like I said, we’re gonna have John Schlafly. Ted Malloch, you don’t want to miss it. Come on back to the Pro America report on the other side of the break. We’ll be right back.
