If yesterday’s story about Colorado’s attempt to criminalize so-called “transphobic” behavior (misgendering, deadnaming, etc.) didn’t help you convince family or friends the dire situation we find ourselves in, then let today’s story out of the United Kingdom help you solidify your view that this path of radical ideology leads to disorder, chaos, and civilizational collapse.
Reports say that a British toddler was kicked out of nursery school or daycare. What was the child’s crime you may ask? Did he assault a worker or another child? Did he threaten harm to himself or others? Indeed not. The 3- or 4-year-old was reportedly booted from this daycare for being “transphobic” and “homophobic.” While you may think that surely this is not correct, a UK Department for Education spokesman told the news that “all pupils and staff should feel safe and protected at school and should never face violence or abuse.”
I’m flabbergasted as to how this school can somehow determine a 3- or 4-year-old is hateful enough against anyone to kick them out of school, but apparently this is common. Statistics reveal that nearly 100 students at state run primary schools were suspended or expelled for transphobia and homophobia in 2022 and 2023.
You may not have expected to agree with Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling today, but you, like me, probably do! Her posted response to this story was to label it as “totalitarian insanity. If you think small children should be punished for being able to recognize sex,” she continued, “you are a dangerous zealot who should be nowhere near kids or in any position of authority over them.”
This story from Great Britain, a once great Western nation, should be a clear harbinger of what happens all too quickly if we allow laws like Colorado’s “Kelly Loving Act” to go into effect. You and I still have time to ensure America holds the line and refuses to go this way of utter confusion. We have work to do and Truth with a capital T to speak.
