From Courts to the Media, Lockdowns and Mandates Are Facing Tough Challenges
Washington, D.C.: “While many nations around the world lift Covid restrictions altogether, leftist demagogues here in America are mashing the gas,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “It’s incredible to witness the legal and media implosion happening as the left desperately tries to keep people in fear.”
“Late last week an Illinois court put a halt to mask mandates in public schools,” Martin continued. “Mandates around the nation have been falling to court orders, even in the Supreme Court, but this story highlights yet another blow to the overreach in a leftist stronghold.
“On the media front, particularly, their Covid control narrative is spinning out of control. The Fake News folks are pushing hard against the flailing Biden Administration. Pundits like Bill Maher are absolutely unleashing on Biden, the CDC, and all of Big Healthcare.”
Maher has recently accused the left of ‘catastrophic moral crimes’ against kids in schools, incredible hypocrisy over mask wearing nonsense, and flip flopping faster than a fish out of water on ‘the science.'” “I’m just asking,” Maher said this week, “how much wrong do you get to be while still holding the default setting for people who represent – ‘the science?’”
Martin concluded, “To see just how fast the left is losing control of their Covid narrative (in an election year, no less), look no further than the incredibly calculated war they’re waging on Joe Rogan. Rogan isn’t particularly conservative, but he does stand up for free speech. His mega-platform that reaches millions of people is a dangerous liability to the left’s narrative, because Rogan won’t toe the Big Media line. For his unwillingness to comply, they’re pulling out all the stops to absolutely destroy him.
“It’s time for the leftwing cartel of Covid control to disappear forever. It’s time for all free speaking and free thinking Americans to stand up and be counted. The powerful elites are losing their grasp, and we must join our voices in unison to throw off their fear mongering mandates. Good for Joe Rogan. Good for Bill Maher. Good for judges who uphold the Constitution and our liberty. Let’s keep going.”
