Third Circuit Court of Appeals grants expedited review to PA fraud case.
Washington, D.C.: “The media frauds and political elites are messaging overtime to tell you this election is over,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “That’s a flat lie and they know it. The severe irregularities across several states are attracting the attention of judges who are considering many challenges to fraudulent ballots and corrupt electoral systems. Just today, even after biased Democrat-majority Pennsylvania courts refused to examine overwhelming evidence, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals agreed to review the substantial case against election fraud in PA.
The evidence is mounting up. Hundreds of individuals have signed sworn affidavits describing the issues they saw, including:
- Pennsylvania voters say their mail-in ballots were never counted or someone else appeared to have requested and obtained their ballot.
- Williams College Professor Steven Miller, statistician and math expert, analyzed Pennsylvaniavoter turnout data as well as interviews of thousands of PA voters and found the same two concerns many voters had, estimating as many as 100,000 Republican ballots not turned in.
Martin continued, “This is gravely concerning in light of Joe Biden’s supposed victory in Pennsylvania by only 82,000 votes. We can’t be shortsighted or take Fake News at face value. Don’t forget, Al Gore was presumed president-elect until he was forced to concede in mid-December after drawn out court battles.”
