Excuses, Ignoring Sentencing Guidelines For Every Child Porn Offender In Her Court
Washington, D.C.: The New York Post has published a thorough investigation into Judge Kentanji Brown Jackson’s history of lightly sentencing child porn offenders. In every single case she has faced, she chose to ignore grotesque details of sexual torture (of even infants) and excuse the behavior of pedophiles. In eight out of eight cases, she ignored the recommendations of prosecutors and even parole officers, instead apologizing to the kiddie porn peddlers that the law demanded even her light sentencing.
“Finally the details emerge behind the looming question of the ‘light sentencing’ of Judge Kentanji Brown Jackson,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “The release of this investigation reveals even more revolting details than we could imagine: the sexual torture of not only pre-pubsecent boys and girls but even infants. The transcripts of Jackson’s response turns my stomach.
“Senate Democrats, however, apparently have a strong constitution for the sexual abuse of babies. They are plowing forward today with Judge Jackson’s Senate confirmation to the Supreme Court. The federal judiciary is no place for radical activists, and Jackson is a new rock-bottom low for that phrase. The bench is for interpreting the law, not writing it! Jackson is not qualified to do either.”
“Every American ought to flood Senate phone lines and emails immediately!” concluded Martin. “This is not a partisan or a political issue. The U.S. Senate has a moral obligation to vote against the confirmation of a radical defender of pedophiles. Kentanji Brown Jackson is unfit for any court, let alone the highest court in the land.”
