The following is a transcript from the Pro America Report.
Welcome, Welcome, welcome. It’s Ed Martin here on the Pro America Report. Great to be with you, as always it. Is a very interesting times. Very, very interesting times, hard to even describe how. How crazy some things are that we see and are happening. We’ll talk about them in a moment and then actually in the last segment of the program also, I’ll circle back around first in the WYNK just to preview it. Today’s WYNK.
I will mention I I will go into a discussion of the breaking news. I’m very happy. It’s publicly breaking only and exclusively looks like on the. Center right websites and center right coverage, but the news is that the January 6th Select Committee, headed by Democrat Benny Thompson and so-called Republican Liz Cheney, has destroyed documents, destroyed the evidence, has told us that they were getting the bottom of things and then when they were done getting to the bottom of what they thought was important. They destroy the documents. I mean, it’s a breathtaking betrayal that is happening right before our eyes and we’ll talk About it more. And then we’ll also have a chance to talk. About the FBI agent, the FBI agent who pled guilty is pleading guilty to collusion with Russia. And that sounds terrible, right, doesn’t it? I mean, he must have been like, one of Donald Trump’s appointees or something, right? And you know, something like that. No, it turns out that it is a retired FBI agent who he’s pleading guilty to helping to try to do the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax, I mean, he did it. He was involved in it, and now he is pleading guilty to working with the Russians. So we’ll talk about that. I mean you. Talk about again. Whatever they’re. Accusing whatever the left is accusing Americans of doing, it’s what they’re doing. It turns out so. It’s so wild.
But hey, today we got a couple of interesting guests. We will talk with Karen Straughan and we had her on the show. About a year and a half ago. She’s one of what’s called a men’s advocate, someone who is an anti feminist and she’s very interesting, very challenging. Challenging personality, meaning she gets right up into people’s grill and says, hey, wait a second, your assumptions. Your feminist assumptions are off, and she’s very effective, so she’ll, she’s fun to talk to. We’ll talk with her and we’ll also speak with a a gentleman, Robert Bortins, who is runs a company that does homeschooling. About where that’s going, how it’s happening, what The deal is and especially how much it’s grown after COVID. I think you’ll be interested in the numbers, so we’ll get to all that.

A while ago, now today is distrust and verify from a segment I did yesterday. But alright, let’s get to it.
What you need to know today what you need to know today is the news has broken over the Last couple of days. I’ve known this for a month and 1/2. Congressman Barry Loudermilk of Georgia Is a guy, a Republican. He served, I think, for about 10 years now. He’s well known for being a nice guy. He’s conservative. He’s from a more rural district and he’s a pretty conservative guy, but everybody likes him. He’s got a lovely wife. He’s kind of well known among his colleagues for giving a tour of the capitol which weaves In History as well as the religious aspects of the capitol, there’s actually a stairwell in the capitol. I’ve taken this tour where I think it was during the War of 1812. Some soldiers hid and into the marble they feared for their life. They carved a cross and he shows you all That on this tour. He’s an affable guy, he’s a friendly guy and now in the Republican House, he’s the chairman of the subcommittee. On January 6th of the House Administration Committee. And the reason he was picked to do that was because the Select Committee, headed by Congressman Benny Thompson as well as Congresswoman Liz Cheney, it was supposedly bipartisan. The only Democrat, Republicans on it were people that hated Trump, and so they rubber stamped everything.
But this Select Committee spent 18 months spent $19 million. Hauled before them, hundreds and hundreds, I think it’s over 1000 depositions, mostly of Republicans and regular citizens. And every time you get hauled before the Select Committee of Congress, you get yourself a lawyer. You get careful because you’re worried about a perjury trap. You’re worried about being held in contempt, and so you spend 10 thousand, 20 thousand. I know of One guy who spent $45,000 because he was being hauled before one of These committees he was worried about it. But whatever it is, you’re you’re you’re you’re tortured. It was a torturous process, and the Select Committee of January 6th, the Pelosi Select Committee, told us they were getting to the bottom of what happened on January 6th. And they held 10 or 11. I can’t remember the right number made for TV hearings where they used edited video, and the edited video of of depositions. The video was very, very much a part of what they were doing. They had an ABC producer who retired from producing TV. Come on board to basically. Manage their show and so a lot of their show was the use of video and it a lot of the use of video was depositions that they had done. I mentioned hundreds and hundreds over 1000 people hauled before them.
Well, comes now as the new Congress is in and the the, well, let me finish. The Select Committee, the Pelosi Select Committee, rushed to finish in December of 2022 because they were going out of power and they therefore they put out a A 800 page report, just a little footnote. The 800 page report. Mentioned the pipe bomber, which the pipe bomber, the pipe bomber planted 2 bombs that should have if they went off, taken out the Democrat. National Committee headquarters and the the club right next door to the Republican National Committee. And so they mentioned that pipe bomber five times. They got nothing. They got to the bottom of nothing With that, they I would have thought that was a major factor since that became a huge factor On January 6. But no. But here’s my point.
When they rushed to finish their so-called report in December, they also rushed to do what? Destroy the documents. And Congressman Barry Loudermilk has now confirmed and he sent letters and had to ask and all that the documents from this great exhaustive review of January 6th have been destroyed.
Some weren’t destroyed. You can imagine the ones that weren’t destroyed are the ones that were friendly to what the viewpoint they had. Which is that a riot where some people got out of control is somehow an insurrection. That’s what they want you to believe. And that’s what the narrative machine is pushing on us. And so Barry Loudermilk has now made the congressman from Georgia has now made the rounds, at least on Fox. And and a few of the other conservative sites and conservative outlets, but not on the mainstream media and what he’s saying is, after all this time, $19,000,000 and time the Pelosi Select Committee destroyed documents to destroy the evidence they destroyed what they found. And here’s the kicker. In these made for TV Sessions that they hosted always in prime time, always with drama, which they in which they dominated the dominant use was video of depositions. They decided to delete all the deposition video. So if you saw Cassidy Hutchinson, a 23 year old young woman saying blah blah blah in excerpted video, which was cut and pasted from her deposition testimony, you can’t look at the entire deposition they deleted it.
Can you imagine? Can you imagine what would have happened if there was a major investigation of a topic In the Trump administration and the Trump administration, as they went out the door, they deleted the video. They deleted the documents, they hid the ball. n
And so here’s what we know now. here’s what you need to know the the Select Committee on January 6th and Nancy Pelosi, headed by Liz Cheney, headed by Benny Thompson. It is as bad as we thought, they are as dishonorable as we thought. They are corrupt. Corrupt, meaning you don’t have to take money to do something and be called corrupt. You know you don’t have to be Joe Biden and to and have your family take 10s of millions of dollars and then act differently towards Ukraine. That’s corruption, but it’s not. You don’t have quid pro quo to just simply be corrupt, to take the role of government. And the role of a fact finding Effort and to use it the way they did is corrupt and here’s the wildest part.
If you’re one of the January 6 defendants, if you’re Donald Trump now, if you’re one of the six Co conspirators, especially the six Co conspirators, and Trump, your case is all about stuff that happened in and around January 6th. You should be able to call upon the Congress. To to give over the evidence that they found so that you can use it in your defense. It’s gone. It’s deleted. It disappeared. We we have. Maybe it’s been this corrupt in the past. Maybe. But we’ve never seen it. We are seeing. As they say. Underneath the hood. The hood’s up, and we’re seeing the engine and we’re seeing how this thing works and it is corruption. Like we, I I can’t believe it.
And now the final detail of what you need to know. Where’s the media outcry? Where’s the journalist saying? Oh my gosh, how could they do this? Where’s the Good government folks on The left saying you know what? We we can’t stand government being a bully, no matter who’s in charge. They’re not even saying that they’re not even saying that because they’re corrupt. That’s the only thing you can conclude. And that’s what you need to know.
