The following is a transcript from the Pro America Report.
Welcome, welcome. Welcome, Ed Martin here on the Pro America Report. It is great to be with you. We have some ground to cover today.
The big news is, the big news is that Tucker Carlson has been given access to 41,000 hours as it’s being reported 41,000, 40+ thousand hours of the audio, uh, videotape video of January 6th. Kevin McCarthy, the speaker who has promised to release that information, has given access to Tucker Carlson. Now, I’m gonna get to this in a moment, but this, we should applaud. I’m gonna get to my concerns in a moment, but first we should applaud this. I can tell you. Let me explain something to. I’m an attorney. For three defendants, 3 January 6 defendants. So I have signed all of the necessary paperwork to represent my clients and because of the nature of these proceedings, confidentiality agreements that make it so that I cannot share with you, or anyone else access to the video that we have access to, but it’s only a little bit. It’s only, you know, 10s, hundreds of hours. It’s not the whole of the entirety of the video, and there’s lots of video cameras, right?
So on the day of January 6 in the Capitol building, there were from, you know, let’s say from one till 1:15 PM, there were 100 cameras. So that 15 minutes. Is 100 X 15 minutes. And some of them are on one hallway and on the other end of the hallway, and some are on a cross hallway and some are on the side of the building. And some are large. What do you call wide angle lenses? And those are those kind of fisheye lenses. There’s all kinds of things. It’s been very, very difficult for the defendants to review the video. And as I’ve told you before, I don’t spend much of my time as an attorney on these cases. I have a co-counsel who’s a criminal defense lawyer who is very, very experienced in criminal cases. I am not, and he’s the lead guy. He’s the guy going through this. He’s the guy hiring staff to go through hundreds of hours of video and the men that are in prison, in the jails, they get access to a laptop and go through it themselves. It’s a very torturous process.
One of the reasons why people like me and others were asking for Kevin McCarthy to make sure that he got this out is one, we watched the Select Committee, the Unselect committee of Nancy Pelosi and Liz Cheney cherry pick video, and we know there’s more. So when you allow one side to just cherry pick video, you know, snippets, you know they’re not gonna treat you fair, especially when it’s Pelosi and the gang.
But the second reason is because if you actually put it, we until until this until the last 24 hours, I thought it was 14,000 hours was the total amount. It’s over 40,000 hours and the second reason why it’s so important to get this stuff out is so that lots of eyes can get on it. In other words, it’s meant to be something that could be crowd reviewed. In my mind, you know, Crowdsource is the term they call. But in this case I would call it, you know, crowd reviewed where people could go on there and take a look and try to figure this out and and and make a you know make it since it is such a public spectacle.
It has been created, made into a public spectacle.
Not by me, not by my defendants, not by the the other lawyers, but by the Unselect committee of Nancy Pelosi and Liz Cheney. They’re the ones that made it a public spectacle.
Well, put it out for the public to see, and let’s get to the bottom of it. Now that brings us to the news. That Kevin McCarthy, the speaker, has shared, given access to all of the video to Tucker Carlson. And initially I saw people who were upset about this. They said that’s not fair. You shouldn’t just give it to Tucker. The people on the left are actually objecting. They saying it should be made public, which is fine by me.
Here’s where I stand. Any opportunity to get the video out of the clutches of Pelosi and the Unselect committee and the DOJ is a start. And what I mean by that is I’m bound by an agreement that if I violated the agreement, I could be in real trouble with the Court, the federal court. As an attorney. I can see some of the video. Not all of it, but if I went and gave you all the password and access to it. I get in big trouble. In fact, I think some of it’s a a felony some of the because of the way they positioned the the some of the the video as as national security. And all that kind of stuff.
So anything that breaks us out of the trap where only DOJ and the prosecutors can see what’s going on, where only the intelligence community can vet what we’re allowed to see. That’s what we’ve had till now. What we’ve had till now was the people who wanted us to believe that it was an insurrection were in control of what we got to see. Well, what do you think we got to see – what they wanted us to see, which was what they wanted the people to know. I mean, it’s the perfect narrative machine playbook.
Remember the narrative machine as I’ve told you over and over again, the narrative machine which is doing such a number on this country, the narrative machine is big government, big media and big tech. And so you march this out.
Big government. In this case, the narrative machine, big government is the Pelosi Select Committee. Pelosi and Liz Cheney and that crew, the big government and plus DOJ and all they do is give you what they want you to see. They’re not giving you access to everything. They’re, in fact, they’re hiring an ABC TV producer to do the hearings. They they, they did this in the past. And and so, big government is feeding the narrative machine.
Big media – The Washington Post, the New York Times, the cable news networks are following right along, and they’re using the language – insurrection, armed insurrection, all this kind of stuff. And they’re only covering. They’re not covering what’s missing. They’re not covering. The dog that didn’t bark as the old at the as the Old Arthur Conan Doyle, you know the Sherlock Holmes famous famous story, it’s, they they don’t cover that. The the big media. So big, big, big government feeds. The Unselect Committee of Pelosi and Liz Cheney feeds to big media New York Times, Washington Post, all the cable networks and they cruise along.
And then big tech, same deal, same deal. We don’t have to look far. Twitter that we’ve now seen the Twitter files from Matt Taibbi and others. They were in the tank. And there’s no there’s no reason to think that Facebook, for example, when Jeff Zuckerberg, Zuckerberg spent half a billion dollars to giving money to quote nonprofits to quote fortify the election in 2020. No reason to think that Zuckerberg suddenly got conservative.
The narrative machine is grinding and what Kevin McCarthy has done is the first step. Again hear what I’m saying in getting the video out of the clutches of big government and big, big government. In this case, Congress and the DOJ and into the the hands of others.
Now two things can happen. I don’t think that Tucker Carlson’s staff goes to jail if they leak the video from Congress. You see, if I leaked the Video from the the federal courts I can go to jail for that. But if Tucker Carlson’s people leak it, I’m not. I’m not saying they should. Although if the penalty is not something serious, they probably should. I’d like them to. But my point, you see. We’re breaking out of the system.
Now, I join liberal pukes lying liberal pukes like Congressman Jamie Raskin, who says that it’s objectionable that only Tucker has access. Everyone should have access. I’m with you, Jamie. You lying, thieving, terrible representative of this country. You’re just you and Schiff and Swalwell. All you do is try it out to you. In this case. I can agree, we should break out of this.
Let us, and I I put a letter into the Congress. Let us have organizations 501C3s, colleges, universities, churches. Get access to the video and go through the video and see what they can see and get to the bottom of what they can get to the bottom of and use facial recognition to see who’s really there, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
So I stand, I started to get critical of McCarthy Speaker McCarthy yesterday.
What you need to know is that if we’re going to beat the January 6 hoax and it is a hoax on this country and it’s a pox on this country. The January 6 hoax is a pox on America. It’s a it’s a cancer that’s meant to divide us. If we’re going to bust the hoax, we have to recognize the narrative machine and what it’s been doing and how it’s been framing the narrative for us. And we have to shatter it. And one of the best, one of the opening salvos and I’m. I’m —
So I I rise in support of Kevin McCarthy’s move. This is the opening salvo.
It it best, not be the last because Tucker’s going to take a look at the video, he said. And they’re going to come back and next week they’re gonna start reporting on it. So there’s a lot to go through. Even even Fox News. Lots of staff. There’s a lot to go through, but when they’re done, they’re gonna be the they’re the narrative machine is going to try to discount Tucker as a partisan. They’ll do that.
What we need to do is, the Next step is, is break out of the narrative even further.
And and get the video out to others and the next step, by the way, is get the video of the bomber. There’s the bomber that sets set 2 pipe bombs at the DNC and the RNC and the narrative machine, big government, big media and big tech won’t even tell us a bit about that. You wonder why. Let’s get the video. Because so far they’ve only they’ve only given us images, they haven’t given us the video, even though the video exists. Video exists. You walk around, but by the way, let me say something.
If you walk around Washington, DC, there’s no place in the history of the world that is surveilled as much as DC. I work up on Capitol Hill. I walk all the time on the streets and I think to myself, somebody’s watching on every corner, every corner, every corner, because it’s the nature of this town and it’s the nature of the power. And the scope of the power that people are here to bribe and spy and cheat and you can get the goods on lots of people pretty quick. So there, there’s no doubt that the video exists of more — unless it’s been destroyed by now and again that’s possible. That’s possible. That’s probable, actually. Especially as as to the as to things like that, we don’t even know to ask. It’s probably already gone, but there you have it.
So what you need to know is, hey, good start, Kevin McCarthy. Thank you. Good start, Tucker Carlson. Thank you.
But I rise in support of Jamie Raskin and other liberal pukes and say that’s right, you’re right. Let’s get it out to everybody and let’s all take a look and see what we can find.
Alright, that’s what you need to know. Hey, we’re gonna take a break. We’ll be right back. We got a great, great guest. It’s Ed Martin here on the Pro America Report. We’ll be back in a moment.
