We’re going to talk later on in this program with two men, who I would say have different expertise on due process and the legal system in America, Paul Ingrassia is an attorney, a young attorney, a Cornell Law grad who happens to be also a conservative, and he’ll be calling us from New Hampshire. He’ll be doing his interview from New Hampshire. Where he is on the ground helping campaign for President Trump, who he has known for a few years and supports him. The president, former president. Amazing. So he’ll join us.
And also we’ll talk with Timothy Hale. Timothy Hale is a J6 prisoner. He has served his time. He’s out on probation. He did nothing violent, no violence, 3 misdemeanors. I think it was. Could have been 4 misdemeanors. All misdemeanors, except the famous 1512 felony, obstruction of official proceeding, was convicted and served ohh almost almost 2 1/2 years in jail. Got out just last month in December and he’s a very interesting man. He’s also been slurred and smeared by the narrative machine, and so we’ll talk with him.
But first, look, I I the reason I mentioned that is because we have some real important news to talk through. Last week, I was up meeting with one of Congressman Barry Loudermilk’s staff. Now, Congressman Loudermilk is a a congressman from Georgia. He’s a very nice man. He is very well known for giving a tour of the capitol. Many members of Congress enjoy giving tours of the capitol to their constituents and others. And Congressman Loudermilk and his Wife give a tour together. I mean, she’s almost always with him in general. He gives the tour and she adds on to it. Wonderful, charming lady and my wife and I took it three or four months ago. It’s extraordinary because he’s kind of a a history buff, but also he comes, brings his Christian faith. To it. And he gave some details of the tour that were extraordinary.
And and he’s very famous in the circles for having been slurred and smeared by the January 6th Select Committee of Nancy Pelosi, Liz Cheney, Benny Thompson and Adam Kinzinger. What they did was they leaked out. They posted, they they leaked, not posted. They leaked to the media, video of Congressman Loudermilk giving a tour to constituents. On January 5th, 2021. And then they implied that he was giving a reconnaissance tour to people in anticipation of the January 6 events. Now he gives tours all the time. So you could go on a a Tuesday night or a Thursday night or a a probably not too many weekend nights because he goes home. But there’s a lot of nights you could go look at him and you could have images of him giving tours. It was a total smear and a slur by Liz Cheney, who knew better. And Adam Kinzinger knew better. And then of course, Nancy Pelosi, who didn’t know better, didn’t care. But that was that Select Committee. You know that Select Committee that was hand selected by Nancy Pelosi to spend, I don’t know, 18 months, 18 months and over $18 million, a $1,000,000 a month. I think it was more than that. I think it was 20 something million, but let’s just call it, let’s call it $1,000,000, the $1,000,000 a month committee. January 6th Select Committee and when they were done they created a multi 4 – 500 page report. With lots of footnotes and only in the footnotes did they mention the pipe bomber and they didn’t get to the bottom of the gallows and they didn’t say why. They turned down the National Guard. They didn’t say anything.
And it quickly became clear. When the new Congress came in and the new Congress said, can we please see the materials from that report that the materials had disappeared and what was admitted It took months to get them to admit it. Was Congressman Benny Thompson, who was the the the the titular chair of that Select Committee on January 6th, he said that they deleted a number of deposition videos, hundreds. Now the Select Committee had bragged Liz Cheney, Benny Thompson, Pelosi selectman, had bragged that they interviewed over 1000 witnesses. For depositions. But they only produced a few 100 deposition transcripts, and they only a a fraction of that. That what they claimed they did of videos. They all disappeared. And then there was a famous blue team. There was a blue team of investigators that was supposed to be looking at some aspect of the January 6th. It was, I think it had to do with enforcement. Maybe I don’t. I don’t really know. But I know that former Congressman Denver Riggleman was paid to be on the blue team and. Do this research. Do this investigating. And lo and behold, when the report was issued, all the blue team stuff disappeared. There was no Blue team report. There was no investigation, it just disappeared. And now last, in the last few days. And then last week, I was told that something like this was coming. Didn’t tell me what. But Congressman Loudermilk in the new Congress, he’s on the House Administration committee and he’s the chairman of the subcommittee that’s charged with digging into January 6th and why not. Because the slur and smear of Congressman Loudermilk by Liz Cheney and her crew led to hundreds of death threats against him, now he’s like the nicest man ever. Democrats and Republicans agree he’s just a nice guy and he’s getting death threats because they lied and smeared.
And so now what he has discovered, and his staff, especially incredible work by the staff, these are the ones that have been going through lots of video and going through requests and having to go back and forth painstakingly. It’s one of these. It’s one of these games, but it makes you sick. When you see it and you say to yourself, how can government work? Because what’s happening is the the Loudermilk staff has to ask these questions of Benny Thompson and Liz Cheney and their Staffs. But you have to ask it exactly right or they don’t answer it. So you say, can we have all the documents? From the the the select committee’s investigation that spent over $1,000,000 a month for 18 months, can we have all the documents? Yes you can. And then you get the documents for like. Well, stuff’s missing and they say we gave you all the documents. Meaning OK you you said there are this many documents. Where’s the rest? Ohh, those are gone. Oh, those those were sent to the archives. those were sent to the White House. We don’t know where those are, but so you have to play this game. And after all this time, you know more than a year. By 15, 16 Months they finally got to the bottom of this. That when it was time. For the Liz Cheney, Nancy Pelosi, Benny Thompson, Select Committee on January 6th that had spent $1,000,000 a month that had hired a TV producer to do the made for TV prime time hearings that that cut and pasted video that slur slurred and smeared people like Barry Loudermilk that allowed this woman, Cassidy Hutchinson to look like she was sort of a whistleblower when it appears now. She contradicted herself in testimony, and she may be a perjurer. She may not be a first hand witness of anything. She may be a perjurer. And more and more details coming out.
But when when Congressman Loudermilk, the chairman of the Subcommittee on January 6th, said, hey, I guys, I want to look at all those documents. I want to look at what you did. I want to look at your report, it turns out. Not only were they missing, they had been deleted and destroyed, but now as they’re piercing it together, they’re finding details of them and they they misled.
They misled the American people, they misled their fellow congressmen, they misled and remember. The select committees report the Liz Cheney, Nancy Pelosi, Benny Thompson report was put into the congressional record and has been cited by courts, including the court, the Supreme Court of Colorado, as a reliable government document. About the truth of what went on when in fact it’s a partisan hack job or worse.
But the worst part is it’s one thing if the DNC puts out a statement and they say, you know, we hate Donald Trump. Blah blah blah. That’s one thing you but you at least know the perspective. You know that they’re coming at it as dishonest and dishonorable. They’re not dishonorable. They’re coming at it with a viewpoint. I don’t even mean to say the DNC is not being dishonest or dishonorable when they say this is what we think of Trump. Who’s being dishonorable. And and deceitful and completely inappropriate. Is the Pelosi, Cheney, Benny Thompson Select Committee on January 6th that proposes, reports to offer truths. And is aided by the narrative machine, big government and big media and big tech all working together. Big government is the is the Select Committee report big Tech and Big Media goes right along.
Where is the media asking, How could you guys do a hundreds and hundreds of page report and not find the pipe bomber how how could you not do a hundreds and hundreds of page report and not come up with who built the gallows. What’s going on here? What is happening?
Nothing. Crickets, in fact, reinforcement of the message.
And why? Because in courtroom, in a courtroom across town just down the hill from Congress. They’re persecuting and prosecuting Citizens, we the people, and ultimately Donald Trump. To get Trump, neurosis is so far gone. It’s driven people so far past the pale of of appropriate behavior. It’s stunning, and that’s what Congressman Loudermilk and his team revealed in the last couple of days. If you expect our system to work. I told you that the crown jewels is the Constitution, the rule of law and our founding values that include honor and seriousness. And that’s missing. We’ve been abused. We’ve been abused by Pelosi and Cheney, and that Congress and that report, and we got to get to the bottom of it.
