There’s a there’s a lot happening, but there’s something in particular that came down. This week that is, is definitely it bears talking about, but it relates back to issues that we have had over and over and over again. And here’s here’s what I’m talking about, Dick Durbin, the Senate senator from Illinois. Dick Durbin. Has demanded. That and and this is by the way, this is no just senator, I should be clear. Dick Durbin is the Senate Judiciary Committee chair. Judiciary Judiciary Committee chairman, pardon me.
Dick Durbin today called on Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito to recuse himself from all 2020 election related cases. All of them. And there’s some big ones coming up this year. There are some very, very big ones coming up this year. Trump and 2020 election related, everything that ties back into that. But Dick Durbin is demanding that Sam Alito recuse himself. Why?
Well, because supposedly well, and here’s not supposedly a US flag was flown upside down, which if you’re familiar, this is a sign of distress. A US flag was flown upside down outside the Alito’s home following the 2021 capital Riot now. Distress. Yes, I I think that actually both sides would have said our nation was under, was not under stress, duress was was in, it was in a state of chaos and duress.
The right would have said so because the election was stolen, the left would have said so because these. Trump folks were storming the capital, so they said. But how do we know exactly what that means? Except that, apparently that is a symbol synonymous with the stop the steel campaign.
Well, that’s news to me. I I I’ve actually not heard that one and I was pretty familiar with stop the steal and paid quite a bit of attention to that whole thing. So that’s a new one. But yeah, the flag flying upside down obviously means of course, now that Sam Alito must recuse himself from the case because they have proven they have a, a, an appearance of bias.
Even though apparently this was done at the behest of his wife, it doesn’t matter. We now have the appearance of bias. You gotta get out. You gotta recuse yourself from these monumentally important cases.
Which, by the way, we do not have a consistent 6 to 3 anything on the Supreme Court right now. It’s all over the place. This week proves that even more, which we didn’t even get into that with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, A 7 to two ruling shockingly had Clarence Thomas at the lead, this Supreme Court’s all over the place. We cannot afford to lose 1 solid conservative opinion and Sam Alito is one of the biggies right now.
So here’s what you need to know. This is not new this this has happened over and over again. They demand that conservative judges recuse themselves, that conservative bureaucrats and officials and elected officials recuse themselves from different situations.
I remember this in 2020, the very first thing. Ohh well brand new Attorney General Jeff Sessions. The left said Democrats said, has to recuse himself from all of the Russia, Russia, Russia. Thus, because he was involved in the campaign, he has to recuse himself.
You know what? No. No more, no more. That’s what you need to know.
No more conservative recusals. This is a Ploy, a strategy. A tactic. It is not a genuine despite all the pearl clutching, it is not a genuine outcry of morality, morality and ethics by the left. This is a ploy to get conservative, powerful conservative voices neutered. That’s essentially what this is. That’s what it boils down to, and we have got to stop falling for it. Jeff Sessions fell for it in 2017 Upon entering his new position as Attorney General. That was that. Was too bad. That was really too bad. And this happens over and over again.
It is time for conservatives to stop recusing themselves from these incredibly important cases just because the left comes up with some ridiculous feigned notion of some sort of bias. Guess what? That is the biggest double standard. It’s laughable at this point. Considering that’s the side that is using the judicial system to politically persecute their adversary. Yes.
And as that’s happening, that’s what’s happening in Manhattan. There’s there’s no other way to look at it.
Even the White House admitted this week that it was a political or a 2024 related topic, the Trump trial in New York.
It’s all political. How dare you suggest that some conservative recuse himself because they expressed distress at the state of what was happening?
How dare you? That’s what. That’s what it’s time for is for our response to immediately be an incredulous. This and and incredulous righteous anger that the suggestion would even be put forward that we would give up some sort of power or some sort of influence that we have, because the left decided to clutch their pearls over something, some standard they could come up with. That’s what I say.
No more recusals. It’s time for the right to understand that we will never win if we do not use the political power at our advantage now this this, this is a I’ve made that statement before and it can go down a few different paths as far as what all it means. But here’s what it means.
We must have Sam Alito’s voice on the Supreme Court making decisions, voting on decisions that are going to come out when it comes to the 2020 election Cases that the Trump immunity cases the Trump fill in the blank, all the things that are consequential, that they have done or are coming down the Pike this year, we need Sam Alito’s voice. I sincerely hope that he does not receive pressure from conservatives. I sincerely hope so-called conservatives, let me go ahead and throw that barb in there. I sincerely hope that he does not worry that this is some sort. I don’t think that he will. Sam Alito seems like a pretty rock solid. Come and Get me kind of guy. But it is time for conservatives to stop bowing to the ridiculous double standards of the left to stop self neutering and not allowing ourselves to actually have the power required to govern, and the power required to push these people out of power and out of office out of unelected office and positions. It is time to use the political power available to us to shut down these people, to shut down the left. And and you know, you’ll hear me say that.
Let me make it abundantly clear. They’re, you know, the people. Who say oh? But what about bipartisanship? You know what? There is no bipartisanship to be had with communists. Marxists. Leftists that want to destroy the United States of America, their worldview, their system of government, the things that they are trying to impose upon society, are wholly incompatible. Wholly incompatible with what America is.
So it’s time for them to shut up, shove off and go away. And it’s time for conservatives to say that whenever they come around. Ohh, you must recuse yourself. You know what? Beat it. Get lost. Not going to do it because you know why, you’re a liar and a cheat. Not going to listen to you. Not going to do what you say. You have no moral authority here to lecture anyone else. Get lost, you communist scum. Now I’m being a little bit hyperbolic, but I think that that’s where we’re at. That is where we are in America right now.
And I am so sick of seeing conservatives bend and bow down and kowtow to the powers that be when they come along because of some perceived slight to our Idealism to our ethical of the perception of our being, the ethical side we are we are the ethical side compared to them, but it’s time to stop recusing ourselves at their behest. No way. So that’s what you need to know.
Conservatives knock it off and no one tell Justice Alito to get lost, either because he better stay on these cases. We’re going to need him. Ohh boy, that’s what you need to know now that I’m fired up.
