Washington, D.C.: As part of his extensive plan for immigration change, President Trump signed an executive action enforcing a two-decades-old law requiring sponsors of immigrants to reimburse the government for social services used by the immigrant. President Trump also signed a memorandum for all agencies to cooperate swiftly with Attorney General Barr’s investigation of intelligence activities during the 2016 campaign.
“As the Democratic Party splinters into chaos and conspiracy theories, President Trump is offering concrete actions toward transparency and policy solutions,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “The empty rhetoric of Pelosi, Schiff, and their colleagues does nothing to help the American people.
“President Trump has promised many times that he is listening to and working for us, and his actions speak louder than words. Democrats ought to get a clue and start working instead of playing games.”
