Washington, D.C.: “President Joe Biden delivered his first address before (some of) Congress last night,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “A limited-capacity room looked on as the frightening spectacle unfolded. Joe Biden lied through his teeth while outlining a dangerous agenda for America.”
Sen. Ted Cruz quipped that the speech was “Boring, but radical.”
“The appalling but not surprising news is that Joe Biden blatantly lied about U.S. History,” continued Martin. “Biden decided to highlight the tired Narrative Machine story that America experienced a so-called ‘armed insurrection’ on January 6, 2021, and it was the worst attack on America since the Civil War. Are they even serious? First, a few pocket knives and a can of bear spray hardly qualify as ‘armed.’ But more importantly, do Big Government, Big Tech, and Big Media really think we have forgotten the attacks on Pearl Harbor, September 11th, and many other deadly assaults on American soil?”
Martin concluded, “Joe Biden and the Narrative Machine are lying, plain and simple. From COVID to their so-called ‘insurrection’ they are working overtime to sell the American people on their latest drug — fear. Don’t buy into it!”
