Sitting Cabinet Members Implicated, Oversight Repercussions Will Be Swift
Washington, D.C.: “The so-called ‘laptop from hell’ is blowing up yet again, and it’s poised to take several high-ranking executive officials with it,” said Ed Martin, president of Phyllis Schlafly Eagles. “Big Media has tried their best to bury this story for two and a half years, but the truth will always come out. Now these years later, we continue to confirm just how many lies the left used to bury the truth about Hunter Biden’s dealings.
“We’ve known for some time now that the FBI had custody of the laptop and had verified its authenticity long before the media narrative about ‘Russian disinformation’ came to be. Now, Congress has received on-record testimony from CIA officials that the origin of this ‘Russian’ narrative came directly from Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who was merely a campaign adviser at the time, not a member of the Cabinet.
“Shortly after this Biden Campaign suggestion to sitting government officials, fifty-one former intelligence community officials disgraced their name and reputation by signing a letter declaring that the laptop, though it sat in FBI custody, was a figment of the right’s imagination.
“Members of both the House and Senate are rightly outraged over these facts that continue to roll out. The House is right to investigate and flex their oversight powers. By all appearances, it’s time for several executive bureaucrats, and perhaps sitting members of the Cabinet, to be impeached and removed from their positions.”
