Congressional Democrats have filed a bill to pack the Supreme Court with four more justices. Your action today is needed to stop their blatant grab for power!
In a two-page bill filed this week, Democrat Representatives Jerry Nadler, Hank Johnson, and Mondaire Jones along with Senator Edward Markey announced their measure to change the number of Supreme Court justices from nine to thirteen. While they cloak their motives in bringing “balance” or “modernization” to the highest court in the land, this is nothing more than a grab for power in the third branch of our federal government.

Packing the court has long been opposed by both Democrats and Republicans. Its only purpose is to direct power to the leaders pushing for it! Even some of the fiercest liberal leaders have long opposed this measure, including the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and current Justice Stephen Breyer.
